Under new management, Saffron has certainly improved its dishes and flavours. Best tandoori mixed grill I have had in a long time. Everything was piping hot and presented beautifully. Highly recommend. Don't be put off by the look of the outside as inside you get a warm, friendly welcome and great food.

Been here many times. Always brilliant service. Food is delicious and I think the price is fair. The best thing about this restaurant always used to be the extensive pickle trays with 10/11 different pickles etc. This was always a highlight for us but they have stopped doing them and now it's just bog standard average quality pickles. Would love to see the deluxe version brought back and would be happy to pay more for better quality and choice.

Great curry house, good selection of curries and the staff were very friendly. Cobra beer on tap which is good, and comfortable seating. The rice portion on the biryani was very generous, so avoid if you can only manage a small portion, and the curries we had were very mild so would suit those new to curries or who don't like spice. That being said we didn't order the hotter end of the menu so I'm sure they will crank the spice up if requested. Would recommend this and will go again if in the area.

What amazing service. My granddaughters had never been to an Indian Restaurant so we opted to try it out. The gentleman that served us was super he made them feel so comfortable and recommended what was good to eat. They did a show with a salad which was stunning in itself. All in all I cannot thank them enough for the amazing experience, worth every penny and we will be back.
