Westway Fish & Chips

Food is always good but don't forget anything Because the young lady on the phones is less then helpful. We accidentally forget to order a can of coke and offered to pay the driver which she said wasn't possible and instead asked to just add it on next order as we had order a few times before and knew we would after but that wasn't good enough she said we'd have to cancel our order and redo it which we couldn't for some reason. Really would of just made more business sense just to add the drink rather then give such bad service.

I ordered via Just Eat who did not deliver , I called West Way direct and explained my food had not arrived, they apologised and said my food would be with me straight away. True to their word food delivered immediately direct from themselves, thank you west way excellent service and the food as always gets 5 stars. Next time I won’t be lazy and collect. I won’t be using Just Eat again, very poor service.
