Very quick service and decent food. No trays for eating in unfortunately, so you'll have to make due with eating out of the bag. It isn't terribly pricey, as the food is far better than most other places, other than the refillable drinks, which are very watered down.

Always friendly staff. Food is great, extra toppings help make the vegetarian option more interesting. Great drink options (with free refills). Huge amount of fries, the spicy ones are awesome. Clean seating area and toilets.

Cheap and tasty burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. Toppings are free. But the cost of unlimited drinks doesn't justify it. Clean toilets and usually very quiet a place. Wait time is about 5 mins after placing the order, as they make it to your order.

Friendly staff & good burgers. Not sure about other stores but this one feels a bit sterile, they need something more than posters on the walls for decoration IMHO. No real complaints though, service is fast and efficient after all.

Visited Luton twice this month with work. Loved the 5 Guys experience so much we went back and were not disappointed. The spicy fries and their burgers are not to be missed. They have just opened in the city where I live so looking forward to that.

The servers were so nice, we'd had a really bad day and the guy behind the counter really cheered us up. He even gave us a free drink as he felt so bad for us haha. The place was immaculately clean and had a really cute messages board, and the food was awesome and really carefully prepared. Thanks guys!

I love five guys, hands down one of the best burger chains in the UK. I hate places where they do thick beef burgers it doesn't work. Thin patties are the best and especially the quality meat that five guys use. Fantastic place if you were thinking about trying it.

Clean, tidy and simple great to hang with your friends. You choose your burger or dog, load em up with whatever you like. The fries taste amazing cooked in peanut oil. The milkshakes come in various flavours and combinations for you to make You can also get an unlimited amount of soft drink from the machine when you buy 1 soft drink there are also a large array of flavours to choose, mix and match. My only criticism is it can be pricey but worth it, especially if you treating your kids, everything is priced individually so they don't do any meal deals on average for a 2 pattie burger (equivalent of a big mac) fries and soft drink is around £15.

I don’t normally put 5 stars in a lot of places in Luton, but five guys really impressed me. Overall my 5 star goes to: uniqueness of food, quickness from order to food collection, theme ( American) , upbeat positive and confident staff, spacious environment, tenderness and flavoursome food; menu clear and organised. Other good pointers: Cajan Salted chips cooked in peanut oil; over delivered by serving me a huge portion of chips (more than I expected ); a genuine long lasting smile from counter staff when collecting food. I felt like I was in a different part of the world. What an amazing experience. Very hard to find improvements but I did find the music a bit too loud, I would like to see the music lowered to meet all customer needs.

The thing about Five Guys that sets them apart, other than the excellwnt food - is customer service. Baring in mind restaurants are in places like Luton and Milton Keynes, other food establishments offering foods of the same name have staff which have been hired mostly on the basis of how little they can be paid. Both the Five Guys locations stated have offered excellent customer service to my family. Saying that, the burgers are amazing and the 'lettuce bun' actually works be ause of the foil wrap you open enough to eat from. Starts getting a bit too 'deconstructed' in the bowl available I think, but still.nice to have the option. All in all - definitely worth the money - which can seem a little highly priced when you first look. Amazing shakes too. The bottomless refill on the drinks machine with flavours not easily attainable on the supermarket shelf is also a boon. The free nuts are a welcome addition too. Oops, almost forgot - fries cooked with skin on and in peanut oil - amazing!!!
