I visited one evening in July 2023. It was not a particularly warm day, yet the casino inside was very warm and quite uncomfortable, even just sitting down! There did not appear to be any air conditioning as there were lots of large, portable industrial fans scattered around. The food was very good value for money and the turnaround was very fast. The quality is similar to what you'd get from a chain like Wetherspoons or a Greene King pub, satisfactory. All of the staff I encountered gave good service, some of the bar staff were excellent, especially considering the temperature! The venue was clean and tidy, plenty of shiny new machines to play on and "real" roulette and blackjack tables.
My favourite place. The best place to enjoy in Luton. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Yummy food and cocktails 🥂Welcoming atmosphere 💖.
