Having moved into Cubix Luton in April 2019 and starting a new business, I cannot thank the management and staff enough for the positive attitude to help us move in and get started. The accommodation is perfect for what we need and is a great place to bring visitors to the site. The Cubix management team are very friendly and professional and resolved any minor issues we have had in a timely and concise manner. Parking initially was an issue, however this too has now been resolved. There is a good atmosphere in and around the building, which is mainly due to the professionalism of the Cubix management team. There are lots of facilities and benefits for Cubix tenants and the building is clean, tidy and modern.Overall, a very positive office environment that i would recommend to others.
Meeting venue. Car park available on the ground. Staff here is nice and really helpful. I liked meeting rooms. All facilities available here. HDMI cable, screen, speakers, board and colour markers. Kitchen gives option for tea, coffee or water. There are also vending machines/fridges where everyone can buy snac at self check out point.
Having had an office space here for over a year I could not be happier with all of the staff from the centre manager down to the very professional receptionists & the very kind workers in the new cubix coffee shop. The parking can be an issue to visitors but this is down to the hotel management not Cubix & any issues my visitors have had has been quickly dealt with by the Cubix team. The new air conditioning which I know came at great expense has now improved the office space considerably. Great location for the train, airport & M1
Cubix ticks most of the boxes you'd want ticked from a serviced office, decent variety of office sizes available which are well maintained, presented and air conditioned. Centre staff are always helpful and friendly, and the location is great.
Members of the public parking in allocated spaces which are paid for is a issue and while Cubix do act upon complains, more could be done proactively to prevent it in the first place.

Fantastic office location, right next to the train station, brilliant links for London and Bedford. These are serviced offices, always come in the morning to a clean office which is great to start the working day. The offices have lots of natural light.There is a kitchen on both floors with tea and coffee making facilities. The management and reception team at Cubix are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for office space.
ITSL have been tenants at Cubix from the very beginning, expanding into new office space with the excellent help of it's team. The location being next to Luton Airport Parkway Train Station & the M1 J10 is perfect, due to having clients in London and surrounding areas.

My business moved into Cubix in May of this year, Having looked at alternatives i felt at ease choosing Cubix as the staff and centre manager always ensure my needs are met. The Cubix team has always ensured that any requirements are met immmediatley and offer a polite and professional service which makes a good environment great.
Working in the Cubix Offices I can happily say we have great service. This includes cleaning, greeting from the reception staff everyday and general mannerism around the whole building. There are on site facilities that support the day to day living of a working professional making your time here comfortable.
Since we have taken up an office here at Cubix, i must say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the Centre Manager and all staff here on a daily basis. Any issues or requests we have had has always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly, professional.
