Like being transported to a different time and place! Hawaii beach vibe in the 90's... incredible place with delicious, tasty food. Love the art and decor. We went Luton especially to go to Monstera and we're so glad we did. As gluten free vegans it's very difficult to find places that cater to us but this caf had options 🙌🏻
Amazing vegan cafe. Greg and Adriana are so helpful and friendly. This is the second time we have been and is a must when we are in Luton. The menu is wholesome and yummy. The loaded fries are just awesome. The desserts are deliciously vegan. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much.
Went there yesterday as I was down in Luton and needed a vegan lunch. Did some research before arriving and this place did not disappoint. Staff are so wonderful and welcoming. The food is also excellent and unbelievable value for money. Portion sizes are so generous too, so don't over do it like I did lol.

A little gem in Luton centre which I can highly recommend.
The place is small but accommodating, and although it seems crowded, we didn't feel it. It only adds to its charm.
The food portions are generous, we had the sweet potato with rice and plantains special and weren't able to finish it ☺️
The said sweet potato dish was good, although slightly on the salty side for us and the potatoes themselves were a bit less tasty than the ones we usually cook at home. We found the side coleslaw didn't really go with the rest of the dish (might just be us).
The burger though - I loved it! I haven't had a meat burger in forever but this one tasted so much like the real thing - only better 😊 (from a vegetarian perspective, that is). The cheese, the marinated seitan, the bun - complemented each other so well. Highly recommended even if you're not a burger person (I'm not).
Will definitely come again to taste the other dishes when we happen into Luton.
I’m not vegan, or even vegetarian! However, the food here is fabulous! I took my little grandson today and Greg was so welcoming. Freshly squeezed juice for £2. Lovely food, lovely welcome, clean toilets! What more do we need

Best Vegan cafe in the UK. This place I highly recommend. The attention to detail, little extras in the dishes add flavour to make the dishes pop off the plate into the mouth with much appreciation in making a satisfying vegan meal one would put the effort into preparing at home. A great chef and friendly vibe. A gotta go for vegans and foodies alike.
Best vegan burger around. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Luton. Gets busy so get there early. And the desserts are always great too - esp the Viennese Whirls!
