Mcdonald's

McDonald's drive-thru is fast and reliable. The staff are friendly and the orders are accurate. Go during off-peak hours for shorter wait times. The double cheeseburger is good as always, and of course coffe to keep me running during the day. Overall, I had a positive experience at McDonald's. The food was good, the service was fast and friendly, and I would definitely recommend it to others

We parked ìn a click and collect bay and ordered through the app. I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but both the male toilets and the disabled toilet were out of order. The restaurant was rammed. I went back to the car to wait for our order. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and selected no onion. The food took a while, and my burger had onion in it. The fries were hot but had no colour or salt, and we didn't even get any napkins. I picked out the onion because I knew if I went into the restaurant, I would be waiting a long time, and our journey would have been even further delayed. Also, a private hire taxi pulled up next to us, straddling and taking up two disabled parking bays! I appreciate that situations can be intimidating for staff, and they aren't paid to be security, but they walked past him time after time delivering food to us and people who were also parked in the click and collect bays next to the disabled spaces. I was so annoyed by their selfishness that I ended up having a word with him myself.

Standard McDonald's. Visited 11.15 am on a Monday. Not too busy, but slow service. Some seating downstairs but plenty upstairs. The wc's are upstairs too, disabled wc is on the ground floor. There is a lift though. Plenty of parking as in retail park but be wary of time limit. Outdoor seating and climbing area also here, and a drive thru as well.
