The food is unfailingly excellent. However delivery is ALWAYS late, often up to an hour past the expected time. I'd order somewhere else if they weren't the only option in my area, and like I said the food is good.

In relation to the latest review that was posted on google 1 hour ago about having grey peas and grit in their chips, I would just like to add some pictures of the products in question for our ‘actual’ customers to see as the description of the food they received is not the case at all.

I have tried all the fish & chip shops in lutterworth and the Central is far far the best for its food ( obviously) the staff and the cleanness of the place .. my only criticism is there price's are a little higher than the rest of them .. but the quality stands out ... well done guys keep up the good work 👏

Always great food. Wish they had chilli's for the salad, but menu is otherwise good and offers options for vegetarians.
Occasionally when ordering online they've not had something in stock (more so during lockdown). When this happens I've had a phone call to offer an alternative or a discount. I've always gone for the alternative and when I turn up to collect, they've thrown in something extra which is a nice touch.

We were on a camp site in the area, and looking for some fish and chips. This place is great, in terms of choice of food and quality of food. It was busy too, the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be going back next time we are in the area.

In my record of reviews i have to say that this is the best resturant here in lutterworth, good chips and fish , best kebab and just ratios tjs and dominos sadly though theres too many spiceheads outside in lutto

Just started delivering to my area on JustEat and the kebabs and chips were superb. Big portions and very tasty. I would go as far as saying it was one of the best kebabs I've had in a long time. Well done.

I haven't been to this chippy since it was Harry Haddocks, and I have to say what an improvement it is. The other day I got some chips and a battered sausage and the chips were lovely and fluffy, and the batter was crisp! You could tell everything was fresh. I did also order a curry sauce but it was extremely watery which was disappointing but the meal was good none the less.
