A great little cafe that ticks all the right boxes 👍
I went here with two other companions and was given a warm welcome from the staff (and the in-house mascot/pooch). Having worked up a bit of an appetite walking there, we were all in the mood for a hearty full English breakfast, though I must admit there were plenty of other items on the menu to tempt me. I expect a waffle is in my future for the next visit (which will be soon I hope).
One of my companions remarked that his vanilla late was one of the best he'd ever had, and this is from a real coffee lover. A high recommendation indeed.
The breakfast arrived with a few nice tweaks, but not so radical as to detract from what is an English institution. Homemade baked beans and an enchanting marinade on the (usually neglected) tomatoes were great additions to an already excellent plate of food. The sourdough was delicious, sausages/bacon good quality and there were three empty plates in no time.
The cakes looked delicious but we decided to save that for our next visit. They're dog friendly which is very welcome and the cafe has a really nice feel to it.
This is an independently run place that deserves all the support it can get and I highly recommend a visit.

Really decent breakfast here. I had the eggs Benedict which was delightful. The bacon had a nice sweetness to it so I believe they use maple cured bacon. The brioche it comes on was new to me and lovely. Everything on the plate was lovely included the side salad. The pickled red onions were a particular delight.
My girlfriend had the smashed avocado and she told me this was the best breakfast she has ever had.
When this place was suggested to me I was warned that the service can be a bit slow but i was pleased to see this was not the case this time. I know they have not long been opened so they have likely sorted this out and it was perhaps a teething issue. Well done Teagether for provided good food in a pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work.
Firstly let me just say, the food: outstanding. I loved eating here even in Covid situations. It was my puppy's second time in a café and the staff were so sweet to welcome him. They were helpful and talkative. I loved my brunch here, I would definitely recommend this and their Full English. My mum had a red velvet cake and it was light with a rich cream cheese filling and very well decorated. Just perfection. Go here it is amazing!!!
Food is cooked fresh to order not a microwave in sight. Savoury and sweet waffles were excellent, melted in your mouth. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Very highly recommend this place.
The best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious and made fresh to order. The eggs were perfectly done too. Good service and nice outdoor seating to top it all off. Will definitely be back.
Great take-away Eggs Benedict, comes in a really sturdy box so can survive the travel home. Great coffee too!
Lovely food, nice simple brunch menu and a great selection of teas. Full English with black pudding and home made beans definitely recommended. After that, smashed avocado ;-)
