I booked this for my wifes birthday present. There was 5 adult and 3x kids ( 6-9-11yr) the tent was a amazing. Great size , clean and looked amazing. The views were just beautiful . The food at the bear Lodge restaurant was amazing . We will be back again

We stayed just the one night giving 2 days access to the parks, please look into the animal experiences, the guides are so helpful and informative.
The tents have been hugely upgraded, as has the restaurant directly on site.
Accommodation is Fantastic and great value for money, the facilities and location are great.
The restaurant has a good solid comprehensive menu with something for everyone, the lamb kofta are awesome well worth a try.
The staff onside are helpful and friendly and so so welcoming, you couldn't ask for a better representative of the parks.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay for families. Location easy to walk to the mansion and other parts of the safari. Friendly note, clean up often as ants can be a problem. The biggest downside and a complaint is the myself and other families had unexpected food/drink on our stay at checkout. This was a big challenge removing it after being charged at checkout. It seems the restaurant and bars do not confirm last name on your room before charging to your room/lodge.
Great experience unfortunately was a very windy night so tent was flapping a bit but otherwise plenty of space proper toilet and shower still loved it x
The tents are absolutely stunning and decorated really well. We had amazing views of the park but didn't see any bears but saw tapirs which was nice. The dinner at the restaurant was lovely and I cannot fault the food and service. However breakfast was not worth the money. The food was luke warm and the service was pretty poor. I mean we was a large group and the girl taking our order was very new and was lovely and we cannot fault her at all. But she should of had some support. Especially when my family wanted to swap items in the cooked breakfast. The matri d snapped and said this is what happens when you swap and add things. So my mother's response was well you should of said you couldn't accommodate it. I did find the matri d attitude to be poor.
We only came for the restaurant, and it was sublime. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing!
Best nachos without chilli I have ever had, pricey but worth it.

Perfect accommodation for visiting Lympne Animal Park - everything was thought of down to the marshmallows for toasting on the fire pit.
Amazing place we only ate at Near lodge but stayed in the huts by the lion enclosure, but the whole experience was amazing and as we stayed over and celebrated our daughters 9th.
Great place for couples or families, fantastic views and scenery, Animals looked well cared for and plenty of space for them to roam.
