It’s a shame that a pizza place like this one makes such amazing food but can’t keep there times right. Every time I order whether it’s pick up or delivery it’s never ready. Just made an order today woman on the phone told me 40 min it’s been an hour and 15 min. I understand times are rough with hiring ppl but then you should be over promising time. Same goes for a pick up order. Last month I ordered 2 slices and a Caesar salad was told 40 minutes… I was actually running late and didn’t get there til the hour and it still wasn’t ready. That’s just 2 slices.. it’s honestly unfortunate. I order from this place at least twice of a month probably more and it’s same thing over and over. I think it’s time I move on and find a new place.

We got a pizza from you October 22nd of last year and it was the worst pizza we have ever had. It was the first and only time we had to throw out a pizza. The wait time at Villa Italia was already too long and it was so bad we didn't trust a replacement pizza would be acceptable or timely. We ended up ordering a second dinner elsewhere and never returned.

We have been ordering from Villa before it was in the new location. The food hits all the right tastes and textures. Any pizza we have ordered has delicious flavor and crisp crust, which is not too thin or thick. Just right for a solid bite. Plain, mushroom, pepperoni, sausage or peppers and onions have all been perfectly prepared The hot sandwiches are just amazing. Chicken, eggplant or meatball parm, sausage and peppers but my favorite is the grilled chicken Ceasars salad sandwich on garlic bread. The wraps are not soggy but filled with grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, sundried tomatoes, grilled eggplant; you will find the combo you desire. Now I can't forget to comment about the dinners. My favorite is the rigatoni with broccoli rabe, sausage and white cannolini beans OMG. And don't forget to order the traditional soups. But everything we have tried has been pleasing to the senses. If you can think it, they will make it. I just can't say enough about Villa Italia. We have had them cater a few special events, and everyone who attended was pleased and took some home.
