Lyndhurst Pizza

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and never received a notification that the pizza was actually delivered. The delivery guy drop the pizza in the stairs, did not took any pictures of the mess he did and left. I decided to call the restaurant and complain but the customer service girl was so rude, she even insulted me and refused to take accountability for what happened. This is the last time I order something from them and definitely advise you to not order from them also because they will not take responsibility for their actions. I also advise the restaurant to hire competent personnel when it comes to customer service because based on the way their service react and talk even my 12 year old brother can do better.

Ordered for the first time and was considering making this our new go to place. Pizza was really good. Got home and started on the chicken park which had a nice flavor until we started choking on the pepper flakes. We asked for some on our sandwich but come on, this is not even close to okay. There was so much pepper flakes on each side of the bread that it was inedible even after trying to wipe it off with a paper towel. Total disappointment. There is no way anyone could see this as an appropriate amount, this was just obnoxious and careless, it’s 1/4 thick layer of red pepper flakes, come on.

I've been ordering from them for 5 years and their pizza is always delicious. I'm use to NYC pizza and this is right up there. I only eat halal food so they accommodate me and clean everything meat touches so it's not on my pizza. I really appreciate that. And their eggplant Parmasan sandwich is delicious too.

My partner went at 2:45 a.m bought the last pizza they were kind enough to give extra free ones however he caught food poisoning and went to the ER. He was throwing up all day he couldn't retain anything until he went to the ER. Definitely won't go again I believe they should strictly make fresh pizza

Ordered delivery last night. The food came before the expected delivery time. The food was great! We ordered baked ziti and the chicken cutlet sub. The ziti had lots of cheese and the sauce was perfect! The chicken on the sub was crispy and the lettuce and tomato was fresh. I would highly recommend!
