Great time! Good food and fun atmosphere! Plus, we were lucky enough to be there for Karaoke on a Saturday night - the fun, sing like no one is listening, kind of Karaoke! Planning on going again!

We went here yesterday to celebrate a birthday and had the best time. The service was great, friendly and attentive. Food was right on par. Some people were hesitant, but not one person had indigestion or anything. That means the sauces and food were fresh! And you can't beat the drinks. Classic iconic drinks for unbeatable prices. What I most enjoyed was the atmosphere. I'm all about decorations and ambiance and this place has lots of it. Automatically puts you in a tropical mood of being somewhere else. I'm so happy this spot has been around for so long and is still in business. When we opened the doors to go outside it was like a slap in the face being brought back into NJ because you really loose yourself to a far away place in there.

Fun and festive. Great place to go after work to have a few of their tropical drinks. Get the PuPu plater if you have more than 4 people.

My boyfriend and I went here on two different occasions. Once with another couple and once by ourselves. Great drinks and appetizers. Noticed on the dinners some of the vegetables are canned and not fresh?? The decor has not changed from when I was a young girl in the 80s. The waiter I believe his name is Kenny is phenomenal. He is why I put an a extra star.

Avoid this place you will not enjoy anything about it. The restaurant is dark and needs a total renovation weird Cheap Hawaiian decor. from the 70es While the service was satisfactory the food was horrible .I ordered shrimp carbonara.and and an egg roll. Total waste of money. The shrimp was tough and tasteless in fact the whole dish was tasteless. The egg roll tasted stale and the tea was served cold I wouldn't eat it for free.. if I could give it zero I would. Just nasty.. Also way over priced.

Lived near this restaurant and heard and witnessed many stories and many could have been proven true during the time these events had happened. I caught one of the Lees Hawaiian employees on the side of the Contemporary Car Wash, He was one of the cooks from the kitchen, he climbed into the dumpster and was pulling out Plastic bottles and putting them into a bag and went back into the restaurant. They also pour the grease and the oils into the sewer next to the restaurant, the cooks sleep inside the basement of the facility. Just recently, the owner must have redone the siding of the restaurant and there were many baby birds inside nests inside the siding. They blocked them in, I know this for a fact because all of the mother birds were going insane knowing their babies were stuck inside. Unfortunately all the birds trapped inside are dead and now there’s definitely mites crawling inside of the siding and WILL eventually climb down into the restaurant once they sense the food.

Lee’s is... Okay but a bit overpriced... The decorations and atmosphere definitely are worth seeing. The food was bland and lacked flavor, definitely not worth the price. The older owners made us feel uncomfortable as they watched us eat. The lack of proper sanitation was a bit unsettling but not disturbing. I would definitely go for karaoke night but not to have dinner with friends and family. The meal you see in the picture was over $200

If flare and old fashioned luau ambience is your thing, you gotta check this place out. Their Tropical drinks are amazing and the food is old-time asian and pacific inspired. It's great!
