Jet's Pizza

Worked late and no car to eat. The only place that would answer the phone and let me order. I would highly recommend if you need a good pizza. The order did take 60 minutes but worth the time. The pizza I ordered was way to big for a big guy like me. I should have looked at more pictures. I was able to eat 4 out of 8 pieces. Food was hot and taste.

Today (just an hour ago) was my first time getting pizza from Jet's. By recommendation of the young lady who took my order I got the deep dish. Let me start by saying the young lady who took my order was very nice and helpful! The pizza was bland! They loaded it with toppings but the crust was greasy yet crispy and it was very bready! The sauce had absolutely no flavor at all! Neither did the pepperoni I could however taste the fennel and a slight bit of heat in the sausage. The young lady at the counter recommended I get 2 of these so I did hoping we'd really enjoy it! What in heck am I gonna do with another pizza that taste awful?? We are a family of 4 and we all had the same consensus, just not very good at all!!

I want to start by saying I absolutely love jet's pizza. It's always good and I would and have always considered them 5 star. We order about once every couple weeks. We went to order today and we're KNOCKED DOWN by the incredible price increase of everything on their menu. I understand costs are going up and absolutely expect prices everywhere to do the same. I also don't mind paying good money for good food. The price increase is borderline highway robbery. Definitely lost a solid customer unfortunately.

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never. Love their pizza, but their customer service prevents me from ever ordering from them again and I haven't since. My boyfriend placed the order (this was in August) and I picked it up, but was told it wasn't ready by a young woman working the register. So I waited. I saw that the woman had left and didn't think anything of it, I just figured she told one of her coworkers a customer was still waiting on her pizza before she left. I was wrong. I get the attention of another employee and they checked the pizza warmer and it was there the whole time (smh), I was waiting a total of 20 minutes for a pizza that was ready the whole time. Wasn't even offered an apology. Seems I'm not the only person this has happened to.

The food is good (delicious) however I never get what I order! There is no point in having tasty food if you can’t deliver what is ordered. I don’t know if people don’t read or just don’t care what the print outs say. When I call to rectify I receive credit which can’t be redeemed online. Do better! If you don’t care do something you do care about and stop messing up this fat b!+<#$ order FFS!

Waited 15 min in lobby. Asked about 5 times name phone number. My pizza was in warmer the whole time, had to remind them a salad was included in my order. No apologies for waiting. Got home salad had green pepper I requested no pep. Also salad had 3 rotten tomatoes. Called mgr and got $25 credit. Doesn't seem that anyone cares about efficiency or quality. 😒
