I’m intolerant to gluten and dairy and their menu was almost completely both gluten and dairy free! I had the cod bites and chips and the fish was so light and fresh. The staff were lovely and very helpful with my allergens and it has outdoor seating with a view of the harbour - oh, and they’re dog friendly!! The only downside is that they’re not closer to home! Thank you for amazing service and delicious food
Lovely place along the water serving great fish and chips! Some tartar sauce (and extra lemon) would’ve taken it up a notch, but as I didn’t see any sauces on the menu, I’m guessing it’s just salt and vinegar?
Warm welcome from the nice people at the Harbour Shed in Lynmouth. Great haddock and chips and they serve Costa coffee too. They cook all their fish in gluten free batter and it is very crisp, golden and crunchy.
Only managed to eat here twice in the 4 days we were down this time 😂 staff friendly, great decor, extensive menu. Their fish is fresh, tasty and cooked perfectly. Chips amazing, burger, chicken fillet burger and everything else are amazing too. Always struggle to choose! The mozzarella parcels and mac and cheese bites are the best I've had.
The best fish and chips I've had in years. We had the dog with us who is a big boy, but he had plenty of space to sit with us while we ate. It was clean and tidy and the chap working was lovely.
By far the best gluten free fish and chips I've had!! As someone who's gluten and dairy intolerant being able to eat out and have treats like this can be hard to come by but this place did not disappoint. The fish batter was amazing, crispy and tasty. The chips were perfect and they even had gluten free curry sauce and gluten free vinegar! Really enjoyed our visit, thank you.
We sat in and had a meal as a family the food was exceptional. Hake and chips stunning, chicken burger huge. We would highly recommend added bonus dog friendly 👍
We have spent a week in Cornwall and happened upon Lynton by chance. It was our first fish and chips of the week are were not disappointed. The batter was exemplary and freshly cooked chips were delicious. Staff extremely courteous and was an outstanding experience all round.
Delicious! I had GF battered sausage. The best! Really lovely takeaway. And didn't feel too greasy after the batter.
