This place is a must go, the only place we go for fish and chips everytime we are in Mablethorpe. The staff are great and the prices are really good. Highly recommended.

Always hot and freshly cooked..excellent portions for the hungry bellies and reasonable pricing… lots of choice for those wanting something different and you can pre-order to collect. Seating inside and outside for waiting or eating Al fresco.

Well worth a visit. The Haddock was meaty with large flakes; the chips tasted like how you used to have them years ago; and the gravy was flavoursome.
Overall it was like going back in time, to the good old days of Fish and chips when you were a kid.

We ordered a haddock and a large fries to take out and eat at the beach. The portions were big enough to share between two adults.
The fish was nicely battered and the chips were nice.

Best fish and chips in Mablethorpe and to be honest within a 20 miles radius! We have tried over the last 20 years many chip shops in the area and to be honest Salty’s is simply the best and most dependable to deliver a proper fish and chip meals. It's getting harder to find catering establishments like this nowadays where you can walk in, declare that one of your party has a serious allergy and they actually bend over backwards to accommodate you. Most just shrug their shoulders with an "it's your problem" kind of attitude. The young lady who took care of us looked as though she'd had a long and busy weekend serving Mablethorpe tourists but despite this she did everything she could to answer our questions and provide us with the information we needed, giving us the confidence to stay and order our fish and chips. We had Salty's Specials cod and chips with sides x5 and a kids meal which in a busy restaurant arrived promptly. My only gripe is that the pots of tea arrived too early and we're almost cold when the food arrived (common in most fish restaurants). Despite this a big 👍🏻 to Salty's for beautiful food and excellent customer service!

Waited 25 minutes for 2 fish and chips, not to busy, so seemed a long wait, it was worth it though, beautiful chunky cod, tasty chips and the lady who served me was very polite and friendly, apart from the long wait, it’s worth a visit.

Thought the price was very reasonable and the portions where decent. You get a ticket and the call you when your oder is up. Came back a coupe of days later and food was just as good. Mini fish was great.
