Not the absolute best chippy chips I've had, but cheap and cheerful! Can't go wrong paying 2 quid for chips! Staff are lovely.

This is the very first chip shop in Macclesfield that knows how to cook and serve proper Mushy Peas! The chips were cooked just right and the fish was lovely. Customer service delivered with a smile and friendly chat. I noticed also, they have even thought about materials they seve their food in, my recycling bin was happy too 😊

Had our chippy tea tonight..it was very nice..
The chips were spot on...the pudding really meaty and tasty..the peas were the best I've had...the staff all very friendly....my daughter had fish and chips..also spot on..

Just called in and a pleasant surprise chip shop and dinner spotless, staff where all pleasant, so I decided to eat in,I had pudding chips and peas with gravy great size portion ,and drink was complimentary, certainly be going again when I am this way thanks James and all the staff,

We ordered a large lunch time order with mixed requests to send into our daughters class at school to celebrate her birthday. Charlie was brilliant from start to finish and the kids had a Wonderful party lunch. Definitely 5* from us. Thank you Crompton Road Chippy.

Nice and friendly local staff with great quality food; and best of all, their food is not soggy. I have been to many chippies in many different countries and by far this is my favourite.

Really friendly staff. We asked for a delivery and even though we were out of the delivery area they did all they could to accommodate us and even threw in 2 bottles of prosecco with our order. The food was great too! We will definitely be back.

Very nice friendly staff. Fish was crispy and delicious. Gluten free fish is served Friday and Saturday according to the sign outside. This was also delicious and great that all the family can now be included. Mushy peas were decent as well and portions were good. Overall very happy with everything.
