Papa Johns Pizza

Updated from 3 star to 2 after today's order. I stupidly thought they may have sorted out their act (been a while since I last came here but a lot of others don't offer much choice for dairy free other than Vegan so figured I would try again). Left things off order again!! Told to wait 20mins and then 10mins when called again! It was well over an hour before they delivered the bits they missed off - by which time pizzas were cold. Seriously poor form! They did bring extra bits including a pizza as an apology but it's still not great when that has happened many times over already (in total we're on five errors now!). Such a shame as it was great once. For apology I would give the effort a 4 as we didn't even demand anything but the things we paid for, but the damage has been done already when you add this experience to all the others! It is this effort that boosts them to a two instead of the one I believe they deserve overall. Old three star review: Always leave bits off order (like additional sauces) and today found my order delivered to the wrong house even though my number was clearly on the boxes (as well as missing a dip as per usual). Good job I have honest neighbours who brought it over straight away. Pizza okay but getting fed up with mistakes as seems to be a thing (not the one off I had hoped it was).

I used to really like this place but the delivery times have been terrible the last few times I've ordered. My order this week arrived 90 minutes later than the booked time and about half an hour after it was marked as delivered. No answer from the shop when we phoned. The driver was lovely, not her fault at all, and the pizza was tasty, even though cold. They just need to get their deliveries sorted and this would go back to being great.

Delicious pizza & cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce! I ordered via the app, with a create your own, but missed ticking the sauce base, macc restaurant phoned me to check this was correct, how grateful was i! It was an oversight! They quickly changed it for me and delivered quickly too! Delivery was just as friendly! .....as always a great pizza! Way better than dominoes and pizza hut!
