Haven't been to this Fish & Chip shop for a long time, must say the food was lovely, the fish was huge and nice chips also. Will be back for more soon.

Good portion sizes at a good price. The quality of the chips went down a while ago but they are much better again now. Opening times are a bit unpredictable though. I'd recommend the fish bites, they are cheaper than the cod, but overall about the same amount of fish and the same good quality.

Classic, proper old fashioned chip shop. Definitely no airs and graces, just very good fish, cooked fresh and delicious. Wendell's proudly display their 5 star hygiene rating. Lovely team.
