Lovely Manager amd female staff however there is one male who works there who is completely off brand. Scruffy, dirty looking, unprofessional and rude as another review suggests. They must be desperate for staff as he has angered other customers I believe with his manner.

Service is always fast and friendly and the quality of the coffee is consistently good. But if you plan on sitting in it's usually pretty messy. Most tables are covered in old trays and everything is sticky.

Costa... You'd think one was pretty much like any other but it should be said that the staff here have always been efficient, polite and helpful. It's a convenient location with nearby parking and the coffee and cake is up to the usual Costa standard. It gets 5 stars for doing things right!

Staff friendly, hard working. I found it hard to watch the staff under so much pressure . This particular Costa is tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Under staffed and needs blinds as in direct sunlight.Listen to your customers please !

Well laid out with bright, spacious and stylish interior. A few very comfortable seats as well as standard tables and chairs, plus some on the pavement outside. Free off road parking at rear of building (maximum stay 2hrs). Community notice board for local events and activities.

We visit quite often; excellent, helpful staff, good service and very popular. Very much a meeting place for friends and family. Today we called in for breakfast!
