Absolutely terrific service from one member of staff in particular. Barbara! Gave the place a whole new vibe with her excellent energy and constant eagerness to help out customers. Will definitely be returning for her service!

The vegetables as always were delicious (i do not have meat), except the roast potatoes, which were undercooked, hard, so virtually inedible.
Let's talk Rose wine! For years my Mum and I have had at Stafferton Lodge, Barefoot Rose. Never been a problem, The only wine we like. For a while now there seems to be an issue with providing this and are continuously brought up a different wine! Every single time.
Please rectify this because it ruins our visit.

Food was as usual delicious and all 5 of us enjoyed a really good valued meal.
Only complaint, (very minor but you asked) the dinner plate used for my meal was obviously clean as it should be, but the number of times through the dishwasher showed as a grey ring around the plate. No problem, but you really should take plates out of use when they show signs of age like this.

The service during our visit was great especially as it was quite busy, Barbara made sure our experience was enjoyable with making sure everything was okay throughout our meal and helping with anything we needed. George our carver was so friendly and was doing such a great job even though it was a very hot day.

Really enjoy visiting here every time we go. We were ready to give up on Toby Carvery as a whole unfortunately due to poor service but we thought we would give Stafferton Lodge a try. The team are very friendly, it's never too overcrowded when we have been and the food is good.

We went out for a family roast this Sunday and had a lovely time. Barbara was very accommodating and made sure I knew what contained gluten as I am intolerant. She was so friendly and made our experience lovely. Thank you Barbara!

A lovely lady called Diane served my family today. She was polite, attentive and very cheerful. She kept us informed about where our food was and when it would arrive. It was a great experience even on a busy Sunday!

I'm allergic to egg and dairy so dining out can be a little tricky. Our server Cody was wonderful. She took it very seriously and kept me informed on what I could have. Even double checking to be on the safe side. This was a great customer service. She was also lovely and friendly. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because my potatoes were a little cold.
