Just had the best service from Lilly at Puccinos! So wonderful to be served by such a friendly face! Extra bonus, she was just getting fresh pastries out of the oven when I ordered so of course I had to get one to go with my coffee! Thank you for putting a smile on my face today with your wonderful personality and amazing coffee! Will definitely be coming back next time I'm at Maidenhead!

The staff here always have a smile and provide a cheerful start to commuters, even through the hard times of Covid. They are masters at making fantastic coffee in time for trains, even when customers order very late! Today in particular they went above and beyond after I was thought I would have to abandon my coffee but they made it happen. Fantastic customer service and fabulous coffee, what more could you want?
