The Shamrat is the best indian restaurant in Maidstone and is always my go to restaurant when I go for a night out on the town. The food is amazing, the staff are very welcoming & attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and this restaurant is always full which tells you how good it must be. Great foo
Absolutely fantastic Indian restaurant. Brilliant food, brilliant service and brilliant atmosphere. A good old fashioned high quality dining experience, just like it always used to be! Highly recommended.

The best Indian food i’ve had in a long time. Great quality ingredients and meat and cooked superbly. Staff service was also great, and complimentary baileys, hot refreshing clothes and chocolates are a nice touch. Decor in the restaurant also nice and a class above your usual Indian restaurant.
First visit to The Shamrat. Great little restaurant. Great staff, relaxed atmosphere and the meal we had was delicious. Great flavours, nicely presented and extremely reasonable, bearing in mind how good the food was. Highly recommended.
