Good varied menu for a chain, well served and tasty.
Went early evening so the school canteen effect was less in evidence as it was quiet.
Great experience here most of the time.
Most recently, fast service and good attention from staff. Love how much the vegan menu has expanded recently, which is why we keep coming back.
I come to this branch with friends, and it's a great venue for that.
Food was ok, but not as nice as other wagamama's I've been to. Just not quite as tasty.
Staff were friendly and efficient enough ☺️
Toilets were miles away though and had run out of paper 🥺. Luckily I had some with me, so didn't have to go all the way back again to ask for some! I did tell someone when I got back downstairs and assume they replenished 🧻
Payment, as with all wagamamas, was quick and easy with the QR code.
The food is usually excellent, depending on what you order. The fire cracker prawns or chicken can be very hot at times, be careful. The ramen is excellent, as is the tama squid. The three flavours of cookie dough balls are also excellent. Service can be a little slow, and the communal benches aren’t my favourite.
Staff were very attentive to allergies which was great as one of our party had a gluten intolerance. Staff were polite and efficient, we've been back since and had the same level of service. Great food at good prices.
Brilliant food and wonderful service from staff at Wagamama. So swift in arranging table, taking order and serving delicious food. Though there are always queues at the entrance, staff are very organised and efficient in handling and making the experience wonderful.Would definitely recommend.
Went for a meal with my partner. Been there a few times and they absolutely smash it out the park. One time I had an issue with my main which the rectified. Phone me up personally a few days later and dealt with me really professionally. Such a nice gesture.
We were seated straight away and did not have to wait at all for our food, which is an amazing perk when you take children. Nothing was too much trouble for the team - although I am sure they loathed us once we left and they have to clean the rice and bits that our baby threw all over the floor. We will be back
You can’t fault eating establishments like Wagamama. Back in its inception I’m sure many people were turning their noses up at it. I forgot how refreshing a concept Wagamama is.
Meet and greet helpful, warm staff on reception and take a seat at a brightly down-lit bench crafted from a long single piece
of wood. The eating space is on the ground floor only, with a “balcony” area towards the back. The drama is all centred around the open food preparation area.
The menu is plentiful, offering new ideas on Japanese cuisine tailored for the westerner. As always I went for the Vegan food options, which is where culinary excitement is at. Were the dishes exciting? A defiant YES! The Vega tsu and vegan avante garden dishes were very enjoyable. The latter contained a vegan egg crafted from coconut. Hats off to you Wagamama for being so innovative.
I've always loved the food here , but recently, they have taken their eye off the ball. Service is almost non-existent we waited to be seated for nearly 15 mins and not one person acknowledged us ,at least 4 people behind us left for the same reason, stating "how rude, as they walked out".
Getting a desserts menu took 25 mins and a further 15 to pay. Ridiculous. Love the food, but the service is shocking!
Won't be returning for a while. It's not worth the money, time, and agro
