Can I just say a huge thank you two the staff at the maidstone branch today. I was in there with my 5 month old baby, who had just knocked my hot chocolate all over me, the table and all over the floor (luckily nothing went on her). Two of your costa ladies rushed over to check if we were ok, quickly cleaned up the mess we had embarrassingly made, found me another clean table, replaced my hot chocolate without me asking and more importantly made me feel so grateful for such a lovely service we had received. I on the other hand was one mortified Mummy but still felt comfortable enough to still sit there and relax for an hour as my hot chocolate drenched tights dried. Thank you again ladies xx
Me and my sister always meet at costa l don't drink coffee much but my sister is addicted to costa , where ever we go we have to have a costa l think she's got shares ha ha x����

Brilliant place to go chill and unwind with a coffee in town. Good place to sit and watch the world pass without too much interruptions whilst you enjoy that coffee. Thanks 🫶🏼👍🏼
I like sitting in the window people watching. The coffees are lovely and the food is good too. The only thing is that it deserves an update.
The staff are amazing and couldn't be more helpful and cheerful.

As usual, there was good service and the drink was great ( I used my free drink from the app 😀) but it is so dark in there now. It's obviously to save money but I wouldn't have 'eaten in' if I didn't have a window seat. Talk about depressing. I hope we don't have a summer like the last one and they do not turn the air-conditioning on, no one will go in.
I hadn't been in Costa for a while before today. Things have improved a bit. The coffee quality was much better than what I had tasted before. The service has improved as well.
I put 4 stars because I need to see the same quality in other shops before I decide if they have actually improved.
Lady who did our service today is fab and superb.
One of our favourite Costa since moved here 2 years ago.

Hard to find seats here! But when you do, the coffee is amazing! Yummy cakes and sandwiches. Would be nice to see some healthy treats on the menu and seats on the floor.
Such lovely staff in here! Always welcoming and fast service too even if there is a queue. The blonde lady with the full fringe was so sweet and said happy birthday as I scanned my birthday reward on my Costa card. Great service 😊
Can't rate food as didn't have however the smoothie and coffee had were both good
Had a good coffee here, this was the first time a member of staff was very knowledgeable about the goods normally when I ask for a vegan cake, they always go to the pre wrapped items, this lady told about the goods on the counter we could have, my daughter has a dairy allergy but she was very there were other alternatives
