Young lady served us on "click and collect" with a smile and efficient service. The store has an excellent selection of homeward, soft furnishings, etc. Cafe and toilets too. Well worth a visit.

Been twice and both times service, food & cost all been absolutely brilliant. Food is delicious, salad fresh & dressed and toastiest well filled. Staff all lovely too. Kids eating free is amazing, means that it’s affordable for us to visit regularly!

The store didn't have the bedding I wanted, they checked to stock and there was none in store, but they ordered on line for me and it will be sent directly to me. Excellent customer service.

I love this shop, so many different household items, can be a bit pricey, so best to be aware. I often check their on line store before I go. The quality of their items are very good. Friendly staff too.

I absolutely love Dunelm, I can guarantee what ever I want I can get, lovely staff very kind and very helpful plus your tea shop is great although I think you could have more staff. ( especially for doing the hot food) as the poor lady just couldn't cope and she hat to take quite a lot of stick. I would recommend your stores to anyone. I felt more than a customer but felt appreciated thankyou

Although the store didn't have what I wanted on the shelf, the staff couldn't do enough to assist me to get it ordered and delivered to my address, so I am pleased with the service.

I entered the store today and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I felt they went above and beyond to help me, especially with being pregnant this made such a difference to my experience. Thank you for the extra help given!

I recently used the Made to Measure curtain service for 2 sets of curtains - one of which was tricky for an odd shaped window. Laura was so very helpful and advised me well. One fabric was not in stock so she ordered it for me. I did not have to wait very long for both sets to be completed. I am thrilled with the finish and they look brilliant - both in the bedroom and office. For me (after years of making my own or ordering "off the peg" and altering to fit) this was an extravagance but, oh my, it was worth every penny! Thank you Laura and the Dunelm Team.
