There was a young lad there who was very helpful. I'm not technically minded but he was calm polite and chatty. Always easier when interacting with people and not machines. He definately has right temperament to work with the public

Food was good. No drive thru queues to collect food when I arrived. However, car park rammed with people in cars waiting for their ordered food to be brought out to them. They kept taking order after order even though the kitchen couldn't cope - the number of the people waiting in the car park was huge. I refused to move to the car park and waited by the collection window until food arrived. This resulted in a massive queue at the drive thru ....which was an accurate signal. If I knew things were that busy, I would never have gone in. Camouflaging how busy they really were using the car park and a holding area stinks. Will never visit this location again.

*The new double chocolate pie is sooo good 🤩 I was afraid it will be that " too sweet, you barely can't eat it" type of dessert. But I'm glad to give it a shot. We don't order/eat in in weekly basis, mostly just try the limited time only foods (probably max 10 times/year). The workers are nice. To improve: I ordered few times and rarely got my full order, they always left something out of it. Good part the quick refund.

Worst service ever in shall we say not to fast food outlet, 15 mins for two milkshakes, yes you read that right. We went in an empty queue and there was 12 behind us 3 numbers on the screen before us with no one there.
