There was a young lad there who was very helpful. I'm not technically minded but he was calm polite and chatty. Always easier when interacting with people and not machines. He definately has right temperament to work with the public

A delightful day out we went on a family day which was run beautifully. Followed by the races which is always fun.

Worst service ever in shall we say not to fast food outlet, 15 mins for two milkshakes, yes you read that right. We went in an empty queue and there was 12 behind us 3 numbers on the screen before us with no one there.
