Enjoyed our day out , food was a good price/ portion size, great view from the away end.
Shame everyone was searched as if they were at an airport sniffer dogs too.( was this done at every game, would cost the club a fortune) good luck next season.
Visited with Taunton Town on the 28th August 2023 and I was totally impressed with the facilities, and the people. Even the young kids were passionate about their club and the stewards I got to chat with were so friendly and welcoming. The few fans I chatted with also were very friendly too. My only negative, and this is slight, is 3G pitch, as a groundhopper 3G pitches are needed up north (due to weather) but not sure about down south. Anyway, thank you all for such a nice day at your ground (shame TTFC is not a patch on your).
Pretty lovely area to go and watch football in. The only downside in my opinion is that stewards are a little short tempered but their head steward is absolutely lovely. I definitely enjoyed my time here
Nice pitch and very neat club house. The sitting area was clean and nice to watch football on a sunny afternoon.
I visited The Gallagher Stadium this evening with Folkestone Invicta Football Supporters. I am in a wheelchair and was given every consideration and help by the stewards, especially a lady called Mo., who really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had the best view possible. She evan saw me off at the end of the evening. Thank you for making my evening so enjoyable Mo. Even if we did lose the game.
They drew so only 4 stars, good clubhouse and excellent facilities
My son love a football training there. Looks well organized. Also great for a parens waiting for their kids. You can seat and enjoy a training or you can go indoor to the bar, seat in warm place and drink an coffee or something more stronger ;)
Excellent ground, tasty food, disabled friendly. Great atmosphere
Lovely club with 2 new looking stands. One seated stand and one large terrace stand. The latter appears to be very well designed for standing and is split for home and away fans. A smaller covered terrace is available by the entrance. The atmosphere comes from the larger standing terrace.
For the stand stand, the half way line is at seat numbered 73 and is lettered in reverse, so the top row is row C.
It's only major downside is that the stewards allow standing in front of the elevated seated stand. This means that the near touchline cannot be seen when seated. The corporate hospitality do not seem to object to standing in the top row, C. I am 6'1".
Toilet options appear limited to just the Spitfire barely and behind the small terrace stand by the entrance.
There is a gate to stop fans from existing the seated stand, along the players to leave the field and this will affect any fans wanting the 17:13 (Jan 2023) back to London from Maidstone East.
When I visited a cap for the seated stand is an absolute must, as the setting sun affects all play in the left hand half.
We lost, but decent club and facilities. Shame about the lack of free parking for supporters.
