Lovely food, very generous portions, staff were friendly, helpful and nice. Sunday roasts were beautiful, loads of veg, potatoes were perfect. Would definitely recommend. It wasn’t the quickest service for food but definitely worth the wait. We’d definitely come back 😁
A very cozy country pub serving very generous portions of excellent dishes. Well worth the visit.
A tucked away gem of a place. The food was piping hot, and plenty of it. The chowder as a starter is one of the best for flavour I have had. Staff were really nice and friendly, and there is a lovely olde worlde ambience. Open fire was also a lovely touch. Simply - my wife and I found it a great pla

You receive large helpings of everything, and there is enormous amount of choice. I had a turkey roast, and up came a dish of baked potatoes,

This place is a gem. Staff are extremely friendly and kind. We felt like old friends at this place. The food comes out piping hot and absolutely delicious. When they say “be careful the plates are hot” they have taken extra care to ensure your plate stays hot for a long time so you can relax and enj
