Wonderful service and food in Costello’s today...tasty pies and the hot drinks were lovely on a chilly day. Also loved how welcoming the staff were for a mischievous two year old who found plenty of toys to play with!

Thank you for such a fabulous lunch today. Love how child friendly and accommodating you are towards small children. A perfect place for freshly made food in comfortable surroundings. We will be back! Merry Christmas!

Had a reasonable selection of Gluten Free and knew exactly what I could have. Please add some savories to the choices though. Those pies looks lovely and were enjoyed by 2 of my friends. Coffee was good too.

Had tea & coffee and toasted teacakes on our first visit here. Was dog-friendly, handy as we had the dog with us, and service also friendly and efficient. Toilet (singular) fairly basic but separate baby change was a good idea. Toilet not wheelchair accessible though. Recommended as good range of cakes etc.

Went there today was absolutely amazing. Fantastic selection of cake and pastrys. Lovely hot drinks too. Really family friendly. The man serving us was lovely and kind really made us feel welcome. We will defiantly be going back.

Absolute gem of a cafe in Malton. Super friendly and helpful staff. They have a great book and toy exchange with plenty of room for buggies and a safe play area for the little ones. The selection of cakes is amazing and very tasty too! The cafe has a really good community spirit feel about it and I can't wait to come back again with my little one.

Lovely place to eat in or out. Nice clean toilets and helpful staff. Had to knock a star off as they had run out of traditional pasties at noon. I have had loads in the past and they are great. Had another type of pastie that was equally as good so perhaps I'm being mean

Pie shop meets tea shop in this quirky cafe. Staff are friendly and welcoming, pies and savories were very good, yet cakes served in substantial portions were of varying quality. No sandwiches available during my lunchtime visit.

Lovely cakes and treats and the best brownies 😋 I've ordered three times now and the last order included a birthday present....the Truffle Cake Bombs, which I was told were amazing! Always come excellently packaged and in a few days.

Stumbled across this cafe one Sunday. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The cakes were great. The seating area is a little strange and worn out but comfortable.

Fantastic service and drinks. Had a lovely flat white first and went back in again for the Lotus Biscuit milkshake which was delicious. Also had a handy map to look at whilst you wait of Malton
