Dunkin'

Horrible customer service! I told the man making the sandwiches that we were missing one that we ordered. He got upset and yelled at us saying that he knew he put all of the sandwiches in the bag and that we were wrong. I tried to calm him down and say that that was not a kind response, but he did not apologize.

I ordered from here today and somehow a small piece of a rock ended up in my iced coffee. The lady at the store said a manager would call me back and didn't even ask for my number until I told her she needs my number in order for him to call me. Im very disappointed in this dunkin donuts. I won't order from here again.

This location is in the same parking lot as the new Marriott, just across it, so I'm sure they'll get plenty of hotel traffic. There are two entrances which are kind of hidden on the sides. They opened less than a week ago, but the staff was attentive and friendly. There are signs indicating they are hiring, and had only two people I could see working. I order a jug of coffee to go and a dozen donuts, and had to wait about 5 minutes. As I waited a line of 5 people queued up behind me. I think for a store in this location two people won't cut it long term, but once they're staffed I'm assuming service will improve. The location makes their own donuts, so it'll be an improvement for the area since the location further down seems to have theirs delivered in the morning. It's also conveniently located nearby the turnpike on 29, so I think they'll get lots of drive-by traffic.

The food was exactly what I was expecting, very yummy. The things I don’t like about this spot though are that 1. There is no Drive through, Dunkin Donuts should be something you grab and go 2. When we went there, they gave us half our order, missing our hashbrown, but they began serving other people who ordered hashbrowns before us. It was frustrating as we had been sitting in the lobby for quite some time.
