Fantastic jerk chicken! Dougy’s brings true Caribbean flavor and charm to Moss Side. The jerk chicken is well spice and literally falls of the bone.

The Decision Factory

We ordered the curry-goat, fresh salad greens, fried chicken, rice and peas and fried dumplings: ital (vegan) stew and plantain to share amongst x20 hungry boys and x7 adults. The curry-goat was succulent tender cuts of goat-meat, and the curry sauce was rich and robust but not overpowering. The chicken was also seasoned to perfection and all serving bowls were emptied and every plate was clean. The dumplings were crisp, flavourful, and fluffy. All of the mains worked together beautifully with the plantains and the salad. The coleslaw was packed with flavour and had a great consistency with very little water content. By the end of the meal we were counting down the clock Dougy’s lunch delivery the next day.

First time here and cannot say anything other than absolutely AMAZING. Exceptional customer service, helped me select my order. Service with a smile and if that was not enough amazing food! Ordered jerk chicken which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. Mac n cheese on point too and also purchased their aloe vera drink - incredible palette cleanser after a flavour popping meal. Cannot wait to go back again... Visit is a must.
