Good, solid tapas restaurant with lovely ingredients and wine choices. The food is tasty, cured meats are full of flavour and the croquettes are perfect. Potatoes could be improved and the truffle special topping was an inflated offering. Atmosphere is perfect for a date though the fittings feels a bit tired
Absolutely beautiful food, lovely staff and great wine. Particularly recommended for vegetarian options (often lacking in tapas places) - there’s loads to choose from - and allergens all highlighted on the menu which makes it easy if you have an allergy or intolerance. Highly recommend!
Perfect place to meet with friends or have a romantic dinner.
They have a big variety of food and good deals, the quality of the food is just amazing.
The atmosphere at the restaurant brings you to Spain. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly.
Can't stop visiting this place!
We went there for Valentine’s as a last minute option just because the restaurant we booked for failed us. Arrived at about 10pm and they were really helpful and found us a nice table. They have generous cocktails and a big variety of food , I ordered the seabass among other things and totally loved it, you could tell it was fresh and nicely spiced. My boyfriend tried salmorejo for the first time and he was amazed. I didn’t enjoy that much the calamari but overall the food was really good for the price. We will be coming back for sure to try more dishes!!
Very friendly staff. There is a special place for customers to hang coats which is really considerate. I like the service much. Food is nice especially the roasted pork ribs (mains), paella (the one with rabbit and chicken) is really well flavored, for the meat it would be better to make it more juicy. Overall, it’s a really nice place to go, do remember to book a table in advance.
What a surprise - first being lured in by the fact that they are an independent tapas restaurant (so many chains in Manchester), then realizing they have a positive twist for every tapas dish imaginable. From their bread with aioli where they grill the aioli instead of simply spreading it, to softbaked eggs instead of fully cooked for their tortilla. Absolute delight. Top it off with excellent attentive service and you have a guaranteed superb experience.
Good spanish food, the selection of wines and beers is astonishing also. The staff is very friendly and they know their stuff. One of the best spanish venues in Manchester.
Great food, nice and helpful staff and very competitive prices. Every time I go to Manchester I can't leave without a religious visit to this cosy and beautiful restaurant.
Very pleasant place to have some tapas.
If you're looking for a nice and elegant place to have some Spanish tapas and spend a good time, this is it.
Till next time...😁
P.s. loved the sangria.
Great tapas lunch with friends. The food is 5-star, only bettered by the service from Lara - a lovely girl who gave us lots of help and advice regarding food and wine.
No rush either, so we were able to enjoy our meal and still have time for a long chat and catch up after.
The restaurant is well located and swanky! Certainly no expense spared with the finish.
If you're looking for a taste of Spain in the heart of Manchester, with great service, then this is the place for you.
Finally, a nice touch was the drop of Licor de Avellana (hazelnut liquor).
