Our wedding anniversary celebration was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding reception at the restaurant. Mr. Istvan, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He personally recommended delicious dishes, and each one was delightful. The highlight was a special anniversary dessert, prepared with alcohol tableside. The proactive staff ensured our comfort and kept our glasses full throughout the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant for any memorable occasion.

Amazing atmosphere and we received a professional service from start to finish! The place is very clean and well kept and smells amazing with the insense and candles which makes you feel so at home and relaxed. Nothing but 5 stars and I would rate it more stars if I could!! Will be revisiting again soon Thank you so much🙏🏼

The lamb shank massaman curry was almost perfect... just slightly too much salt but completely devoured non the less! The poppadoms appetiser was really good value for money and a big portion. The cocktails were also very tasty and nice. The service was decent and the atmosphere was nice. Will 100% be coming back, especially for that lamb shank!!!

we went here last night for valentines and was blown away with every aspect of the place, the interior and design is absolutely stunning, the staff were very welcoming and kind, the food was absolutely unbelievable and had really unique options also, the drinks were also really lovely, we were given complimentary starters and a cocktail with it being Valentine’s Day which was such a warming touch and was massively appreciated, a massive special thanks to Trupti who was extremely attentive and really made the evening even more special, really could not recommend the place enough, it is fantastic.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Vermillion restaurant. Not only was the food amazing but the sevice was phenomenal. Our host for the night was Melissa and she was so pleasant. Always smiling & willing to help. Had such an awesome Valentine’s with the girl. We even got complementary chocolate strawberries and had a live singer on the night, which was such a nice touch. We will definitely be back!!!

Seafood dishes here really stand out. The only thing that's annoying is that the music is very loud, so waiters can sometimes write down the wrong thing. Unfortunately, they do not let you change it, so that is a big disappointment. Other than that, the food here never let's you down. I recommend the Korean Bao Buns for starters 👌

My favourite spot in Manchester, visted vermillion last night with my partner and we love it here 😍 the food, service and decor is incredible! The service is always on point, the staff are very talkative and helpful, they are so friendly, not to mention how good the steaks and sauces are! Can’t wait to come back soon, thank you Sony, Sathu and Tripithy for looking after us, you were brilliant!
