This place is incredible. Popped in for a quick lunch yesterday and had my tiny mind blown. The soft-shell crab roll was ridiculously good and the salmon nigiri was that kind of melt-in-the-mouth consistancy of really, really good quality sushi . It's was also a great indication of authenticity and quality that there was a Japanese grandma in there picking up a giant sushi order for her party! If it passes the grandma test it passes my test.
Wow, what an amazing experience we have had here at sushi marvel. Definitely a little hidden gem that needs to be known, the passion they have in making authentic, quality sushi is way beyond words. We had a sushi platter made for a party and not one person who didn't compliment on the freshness and the presentation of the � I could go on forever about this place, from the service to the presentation, menu choices and last but not least the quality. We will definitely be returning for more... Yummy!! �

Went there as a father and daughter combo and really enjoyed the food. It was all delicious and freshly prepared.

Small deli with outdoor seating. Lovely fresh sushi, expertly made. Friendly local owners. My favourite was the red dragon roll. The chicken is also tasty here. Prices reasonable for sushi. They also offer takeaway and delivery. A very good addition to the current Chorlton foodie scene. Highly recommended.
Not gonna lie, I was expecting a restaurant when I planned on going. Not sure why, I think I picture it a bit further down the road with the bars etc. But oh my goodness I had the best time here. It is just the nicest vibe ever. Even though we were the only customers eating in for the most part, it didn’t feel weird at all or like aIl eyes were on us. I think in any other place, I’d feel uncomfortable but here it worked and I can’t wait to come back!
And the food is incredible. There is a great range of vegan sushi I wish I had a big enough stomach to try them all. My favourite was definitely the sweet tofu futomaki! And their pickled ginger is the nicest I’ve ever had - it’s so sweet and fresh. My boyfriend loved trying the various sashimi and nigiri (he recommends the sea bass sashimi)

😍 WOW! 🍣 WOW! 🍤 WOW🍣! Simply the best sushi place in Manchester and the North west of England!! This place is nestled within the heart of Chorlton with plenty of parking around the resturuant. The fish is super fresh as its selected everyday by the master sushi chef from the fish market! SUSHI is always measured on the freshness of the produce. We had the spicy miso soup as a starter during this cold winters day which warmed our spirit before diving into the 29 piece big sushi plater that we ordered. We also ordered the rare fatty tuna Otoro nigiri sushi which just melts in your mouth like butter! The sushi was divine and the presentation top notch! Sushi is not always about the fish but how well seasoned the rice is too. The rice hit the spot with the correct moistness and tartness. The wasabi is also fresh and isnt that rubbish tube stuff you get in the supermarket. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable about the products that they serve and quick at serving. Safe to say we will be back very soon! A+++ SUSHI! Manchester foodies make sure you visit this sushi masterclass of a place. I will definitely be recommending to all friend and family. You know it’s good sushi when you don’t have to reach for the soy sauce. The rice was seasoned well. Coming back from a trip to Japan recently I needed my sushi 🍣 fix. We was recommended this little deli and We ordered the lobster platter in advance. I love lobster 🦞 I love sushi 🍣 when I saw this combination together I thought why not! I didn’t get to try it in Japan 🇯🇵. The Lobster platter came I was like wow! love at first sight 😍 Prepared by Sushi Chef Kev! The lobster tempura was cooked to perfection 🤤 I was amazed at the variety of sushi prepared from one main ingredient. It also included Lobster California Rolls, Lobster Maki and Lobster Nigiri. The taste and the different textures was awesome. Super fresh! As they say in Japan 💯 Umami!
Not just sushi :) real Japanese hot food is also served here!! I had a chicken Karagee, miso soup and a lovely cup of organic sencha green tea!! They have a nice selection of homemade sushi to pick and go ready to take out :) The staff is nice, polite and professional and the place is brand new, super clean and cute! Recommended for Japanese comfort food lovers :)
Gorgeous, so fresh, I think it’s the nicest sushi and sashimi I’ve ever had and such lovely miso broth too.
