Great place for Italian food. Only went there for breakfast so far, but the ricotta hotcakes are fantastic (light and sweet with some banana to contrast). Would definitely come back to try lunch/dinner. Recommended!
Very Good
A great informal lunch with my daughter on Saturday lunchtime. Service was good as was the food. Mushroom Risotto was perfect as was the bruschetta. All round good value for money and a great atmosphere.
The service and customer experience was excellent. Very attentive. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean. Though for a Carluccios the portions are very small. My Caprice salad had six slivers of tomato and half of a ball of mozzarella. Good for those on a diet.
Have eaten at one on trafford centre, presume menu similar, tasty food, menu varied, bit overpriced if no offers or discount vouchers but enjoyed it all the same and good service

I stopped here looking for a light snack; coffee and cakes. Ended up with a nice latte and a passion fruit meringue. The coffee is great; smooth, not bitter/sour. The meringue was nice too. A bit sharper (due to the passion fruit cream) than I expected but it was a nice, light and refreshing dessert. The decor inside is airy, spacious and lovely. It's between casual and smart. The main entrance is accessible by wheelchair whilst the back is not (a few steps are in the way). There's also a nice outdoor area too with umbrellas to keep the sun off. It was a quiet day, so service was quick. Staff was pleasant although my original order of affogado ended up as a latte (I didn't mention the error as I was fine with the latte). Definitely worth the stop and am definitely tempted to drop by for a proper meal.
Great restaurant. We called in for an early dinner en-route from the Marriott to the O2 Ritz. Food was very good. Excellent value for money. Service very attentive and friendly. For casual dining with a touch of class this is the place to go.
Excellent Italian food, to my knowledge it seems quite authentic. Set menu is great value and the food is really excellent.
Staff are always efficient and unfalteringly friendly. Coffee is good and food is tasty. Location is good if you need to catch the bus or train afterward. They've recently upped the prices so not too sure on the value for money on a couple of the items. Chocolate bread and butter pudding is worth a punt!
Came here for an evening meal with the family and was not disappointed. Dominic, our server, surprised us with his knowledge of the menu. We took his recommendations and I must say that my boar soup was delicious. It was something new and interesting. Thanks, would come again.
We had a very nice meal here. Great service, well mixed drinks and reliable Carluccio's Italian dishes. There was a chilly draft however from the multiple sets of large glass doors on the particular winter evening, despite being sat at a table quite far away.
Decent Italian with a good bar area and a small produce section for shoppers. Coffees are excellent and can be bought to takeout. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I'd recommend their breakfast selection which is light and tasty. Menu is simple and quality is consistent. Not the world's greatest Italian, but a fine choice if pressed for time or wanting something better than a sandwich.
Booked a table for 18 people for an evening meal - the staff were very accommodating and polite and looked after us well. When they discovered it was my birthday, a complimentary desert arrived with a candle :) food was delicious and affordable. The decor is smart and modern. All in all a great place!
Sat 4 pm reservation . Quiet when we arrived, very pleasant welcome but very under staffed. The two waiters worked manfully but long waits between taking an order for drinks etc. The food as I would expect was as wonderful as usual . My rating would have been 5 star had the adequate staff. One more point the gluten free.enu was excellent. AJ
Good, decent ingredients especially considering this is a chain. We had the sharing Grandioso platter and it was good. More attention to detail would have been better as a few of the portions were in 3 rather than 4 but the quality was good. Coffees were decent though a tad lukewarm and a biscuit wouldn't have hurt. But hey ho! For 50 quid for 2 with a full (good) bottle of wine what do you expect. Wouldn't get out of my way to find a Carluccio but would have lunch there again if the occasion arose.
