After working at 'Randalls' 15 years ago, it was great to see the old unit and what a sleek transformation. Beautiful espresso, smooth with a great bite and the Orange Hot Chocolate is out of this world. Wishing Michael and all the staff the very best going forwards 👍👍😄

Really warm and friendly greeting every single time, quick service, and on top of that everything is reasonably priced.
Lovely food. Good location and atmosphere. Loads of good selections. My friend enjoyed her soya hot chocolate and cinnamon roll whilst I ordered lotus latte and sticky toffee cake was perfect and delicious too. Definitely going back with other friends.
We tried pistachio and lotus lattes, and it was really good. Highly recommend, especially if you like very sweet and sugary drinks 😊 Good prices, for 2 large lattes we paid around 8£.
Today was the first day that I visited Michaels Coffee House. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly and professional! The coffee house sits in a very comfortable area within Manchester City Centre. My friend ordered me a pistachio latte. I have never had such an amazing latte in my life. I drink coffee every single day. I am literally 90% coffee, but this is one of the best coffee houses I have been to. The weight and feel of the latte on my tongue and the texture after I finished it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this coffee house to everyone and for them to definitely try pistachio latte. I also ordered a Nutella cookie which was sweet and warm and the texture was delightful. Once again, the pistachio latte was irresistible! 🖤🖤🖤
A fantastic independent coffee house in the arcade of the Royal Exchange. The barista George was very welcoming and friendly, as was his colleague. Ordered a white mocha. Was so delicious I ordered a second cup! If you’re ever in the city, try this place. Far better than all those generic coffee chain establishments, and a wonderful little place to sit for a while and let the world go by. 👍 x
The service was really quick and staff are very friendly.
My highlight is the sourdough cinnamon bun. I had pistachio latte which was lovely, not too sweet and very smooth.
We also ordered sandwich and a lotus latte - would definitely recommend to try but I think the pistachio is better.
Had a gorgeous breakfast here this morning - there was a bit of a queue but was totally worth it (and can understand why). The food was delicious, and service was quick & friendly. Especially loved the pistachio croissant style, which I’ve never had before but will definitely be getting again. Also thought it very reasonably priced for central Manchester.
It is a fairly small cafe, so would recommend going outside of peak breakfast time to avoid queuing - but service was fast so the queue was moving.
This is an excellent coffee place that stood out during my trip to the UK in April 2023. The espresso drinks stand out - flat whites, cappuccinos, espressos are all first class. They also have nice sandwiches and a selection of sweet fares.
It's a small, cosy place, with additional outside seating. The outside seating can sometimes get cold - which has its own charm, so one might consider wrapping up with a big mug of black coffee or latte.
All in all a nice place with friendly staff, good service, and very likely the best espresso drinks in the Manchester city centre area (I did try a few other places). Definitely would go back if I'm ever again back in Manchester.
This place is beyond my wildest imagination.
The sandwiches they serve are unbelievably delicious, making me go 'OMG' with every bite.
Their coffee pistachio and lotus lattes are simply divine, and I can't emphasize enough how amazingly good they taste.
I highly recommend visiting this place; you won't be disappointed.

I've been to Michael's a few times and the staff are always happy to help and give recommendations on drinks. There's lots of covered seating outside the shop itself in the arcade, which is a really nice location. Would recommend!
One of my favourite coffee spots in town! Always great coffee and friendly staff. Best chai latte in Manchester!
