Burton Road Bakery - Manchester - Photo album

Amazingly friendly and welcoming staff serving a comforting breakfast/brunch. The place is obviously doing things right as it always has people queueing for its good hearty food and coffee. The full English breakfast was just the right size to allow you to carry on your day and not sink into a blis
Popped in as they were closing to get one of the last cheese & onion pasties, the gentleman was very welcoming and threw in a spinach & feta pastry for free as they were about to shut. Lovely fella. Both tasted great too, excellent service.
Friendly family business - a hub for the local community of West Didsbury. Great prices, delicious simple comfort food, smiling chatty staff. A home from home.
This is by far the nicest cafe in Manchester. I work at Withington Hospital and we all come here! The breakfasts are amazing! Someone reviewed earlier that the sausages were cheap?! They are proper butchers pork sausages, nothing like the usual cheap breakfast sausages you get? The owner and his sta
Lovely bakery, sandwiches & cake to takeaway as well as providing dine in breakfast & lunch. Breakfast was good. I didn't like the sausages, but the assistant apologised for Lincolnshire sausages being sold out. Nice cup tea. Lots of breakfast choices, including full vegetarian breakfast.
Good and very well priced vegan brunch!
Had a fab veggie breakfast yesterday. It was all made fresh, the lady serving me was very polite, lovely and sweet. When I said no eggs, she immediately asked me if I wanted the eggs a different way, which I did, scrambled. The food was made fresh and it was piping hot, I love really hot food. Well
We had a lovely lunch Today. Food was tasty, service was brilliant. Really enjoyed our lunch there.
Could not recommend enough!! They were so accommodating of our group of 8 even though it was near to close, the food was incredible snd such good value and the staff were so helpful. Also some great vegan options for our friend. Will definitely be returning soon- loved it!
Best cafe in South Manchester by a country mile, great staff, food, interior & location, what more do you want, enjoy.
Really friendly staff and very reasonably priced. I had a fish finger butty, with chips. Very nice and would recommend people in the area give it a visit. Saw plenty of food coming out to other tables that looked very tasty.
A proper family business. I think I was chatting to the Dad and the daughter and he was telling me about how long they've been there and stuff. I'd just moved to the area so went for lunch and sat outside to take the local area in. Food was great, I had lasagne. So good I took my Mum back the next w
Staff are brilliant. The porridge is out of this world and toasted teacakes lovely Only downside is that its not open on Sundays!!
One best places for breakfast. High quality food, great customer experience. Staff are really friendly. They offer vegetarian break too. Lunch time options also include range of fresh sandwiches. Their soups are one of the best. Really good bakery section with freshly baked cakes.
An absolute gem on Burton Road. Amongst all the classic West Didsbury bistros and bars is this proper cafe serving the best breakfasts and great coffee with a smile. Lovely staff and top food. Can't ask for more.
Me and my husband have been going here for YEARS and it’s absolutely brilliant. The staff are amazing, so friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic quality and well priced. Highly recommend for breakfast, home made cakes and the lunchtime rolls are super fresh and delicious too! It’s a great sp
