It was quite busy already and we didn't have a booking but the front man (manager?) was able to find a table for us two, and they were giving out free fresh lemonade.

We went on a Friday. The whole team was really impressive. The young lady who seved us was very friendly and helpful as was the young man who also helped. The pizzas arrived hot and fresh and when we ordered an extra garlic bread it arrived super quick. We've just come back from a holiday in Italy
Well surprisingly after a while I decided to give a Pizza Express another chance and let's say they improved quite a lot with the quality of food since my previous experience I'll definitely visit them again to make sure this review is still in takt👌 so far so good btw staff worth 5 ⭐ they were amaz

Brilliant customer service, got offered a vegan menu as soon as we entered along with the original menu. 4 of us dined in for a late lunch, the food was gorgeous and the service excellent! Our waiter Kieran was polite, friendly, helpful and patient. He took the time to explain how to use the deals on the App and made us feel very welcome.

Great customer service, we were sat down as soon as we walked in, drinks order was taken within 5 minutes, food order taken within 10 minutes. Food was delicious, garlic mushrooms with goat chesse was simply devine. Very attentive waiter. Great customer service, we loved it. Thank you!
We visited Piccadilly Gardens for a birthday treat for our Grandson . Originally trying Media City Pizza Express which has an awful manageress Gabriella. What a difference at Piccadilly ! Absolutely lovely fantastic staff and food. They made it a very special evening. Would highly recommend Piccadil
Awesome food - really enjoyed the Polo Pesto pasta! It’s great to see that the portion size or recipe hasn’t changed much over the last few years. Giving 4 stars because service was very slow.
The pizza was tasty, and service was great. I would however recommend better tables and chairs or flooring as they were loud and scraped across the floor when pulling a chair out.
Staff were attentive and friendly. We both had a pizza and both were lovely. Nice to sit and watch the world go by. Would go again next time we are in Manchester.

was here in Manchester for a course. it is a lovely place with water fountain view. the food is lovely. waiter is friendly. though could have ushered us (my toddler and I) to a bigger table but it ends well. would recommend.
