Three of us came in for some food last night and were greeted by a really friendly team of people. Fara served us and was really attentive and ensured that we had a great visit. Our starters were a little late but they were so apologetic and gave them to us free as an apology. The service from Fara and her manager and the team was excellent. I work in customer service and their personable approach and was outstanding! Would go back again and will definitely recommend. I have been here with my mother before and she loves it!
A very pleasant visit
My friend and myself visited Pizza Express Corn Exchange Manchester today and we were very impressed with the quality of the food,drink and the service that we received.The restaurant is very clean,comfortable and welcoming and as my wife is a wheelchair user it was very pleasing to visit a restaurant that takes the care to provide a ramp,lift and accessible toilet.All in all a very pleasant dining experience.

You have to go here for the ambience, service and view offered from the restaurant but not the pizzas. Though the pizzas are good, they aren't worth the price tag.

It was quite busy already and we didn't have a booking but the front man (manager?) was able to find a table for us two, and they were giving out free fresh lemonade.
We ordered an antipasti, a pizza and a pasta to share. Other staff were friendly and attentive too that they got us side plates since we were sharing.
Food came swiftly and hot in temperature. The food items were as stated and described on the menu. The portion size is generous. The flavours were on the mild side though.
To me, the food didn't seem like authentic Italian food but catered for the British audience. It wasn't a bad experience at all and we would visit again with the Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
We went on a Friday. The whole team was really impressive. The young lady who seved us was very friendly and helpful as was the young man who also helped. The pizzas arrived hot and fresh and when we ordered an extra garlic bread it arrived super quick. We've just come back from a holiday in Italy and the pizzas here were so much better. Thank you.
Well surprisingly after a while I decided to give a Pizza Express another chance and let's say they improved quite a lot with the quality of food since my previous experience I'll definitely visit them again to make sure this review is still in takt👌 so far so good btw staff worth 5 ⭐ they were amazingly helpful and friendly 💥🙏👌
Really quiet when we were there for a business meeting. Gets slightly busier about 1pm.

A good experience. I enjoyed sitting outside in the summer, but it takes a long time to order, but the taste is good and the price is high.

Brilliant customer service, got offered a vegan menu as soon as we entered along with the original menu. Would highly recommend the dough balls, best ones i have ever eaten. 100% everything is fresh, could see them making it infront of you in their kitchen area. Polite and welcoming manner through out. Tasty food and clean environment.
4 of us dined in for a late lunch, the food was gorgeous and the service excellent! Our waiter Kieran was polite, friendly, helpful and patient. He took the time to explain how to use the deals on the App and made us feel very welcome.
We had a couple of the Romana thin crust pizzas and a couple of the Classic Crust. All of the food was exquisite.
Great customer service, we were sat down as soon as we walked in, drinks order was taken within 5 minutes, food order taken within 10 minutes. Food was delicious, garlic mushrooms with goat chesse was simply devine. Very attentive waiter. Great customer service, we loved it. Thank you!
We visited Piccadilly Gardens for a birthday treat for our Grandson . Originally trying Media City Pizza Express which has an awful manageress Gabriella. What a difference at Piccadilly ! Absolutely lovely fantastic staff and food. They made it a very special evening. Would highly recommend Piccadilly Gardens . Avoid Media City.
