Everything is so tasty! I always get high customer service here! All staff members are smiling, open and give me lots of positivity! Products are fresh every day and all the dishes are tasty! Everything is perfect but only one thing - where is white icy mohito?!? It was the best mohito I've everv tried! Please let it come beck to the menu!
Wonderful food, great taste and a nice amount of spice. If lactose intolerant, make sure to get the guacamole. Great service by lovely staff, especially Angelica. I wil definitely go again, best burrito I've had in England.

A range of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and the store had an authentic look and feel.
My first time here, nice chilled setup, more of a very informal cafe bar, with a table free football (so good start). Staff really nice and good food recommendation, I went with surf and turf half and half, got a beer too. Other half got a open box burrito(burrito with all the filling without a wrap) and a beer. Overall would go back and recommend it to anyone but would be 5 star if it was a touch cheaper £26 for us both but to be fair lots of filling and full of flavour.

The burritos were delicious so can’t fault on the food. Got the meal deal which includes drink and nachos. However one of the burritos had 3 hairs in it - couple at the start and one at the end! I’m not the fussiest and finished it, but just want to let the restaurant know as others may not feel the same way! I get it happens, so not necessarily deterred. Thanks

It is so hard to rate this with stars. The food was 5 stars but there was no rice when I ordered and no more was being made either (close to the end of day, fair enough). So the lady kindly substituted with extra chichen/beans/salad. I was however over charged at the till because she put guacamole on it which I had said no too. Thankfully I like it but she deducted the price mistake and I kept the burrito with the guacomole. It was pretty good. The decor of the restaurant was interesting, bright and had lots of character. Shame about the piles of scruffy cardboard boxes piled up in the corner...but don't let that stop you from coming in for the good food.
Excellent customer service from Juliana and Alby. Food was fresh and delicious. They asked me to join the Tortilla Club so i can earn points and get some free stuff afterwards. THANK YOU GIRLS, Will definitely be coming back again! <3
Regular customer here. Food is excellent - no-frills, healthy, affordable. Staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, competent. Will keep going until they get tired of me :)
Tortilla is a lovely place! Was my first time there and the guy who served me talked me through how tortilla works, how to bud the burrito and even a few suggestions of what goes nice on the burritos too.
Really wish I could remember his name as his customer service skills were the best in my opinion.
Also the food was great and the atmosphere within the store was lovely too. It was a quiet day in the city centre so the store was nice and peaceful to dine in

The food was lovely and the speed was relatively quick considering how busy it was.
Decent prices for the food too.

Loved the amount of booths.
Only things I would say are faults is there was no lettuce (but that's a me thing) and the drink selection was very small and very expensive. There was no drinks fountain and it was £1.75 for a can of pop. Waaaaay too much for me but it's hot and the food is salty by nature so you need a drink.
Would still come again but would bring in a bottle of water maybe?
