Average burgers take away
Popped in for some takeaways, service not really great. Burger bun didn’t feel very fresh and the fries you have to pay for extra were cold and not well cooked. Glad was only visiting once and won’t try again.
I love this place really like the ambiance and the best part drink is free❤️ if you buy any meal and the drink like unlimited really best experience and taste was damm good😋
Popped in for some dinner with a colleague after a 3-4hr drive down to Manchester. The service was great the food was even better. I had a Peppered Beef burger because I liked the sound of it. It was very enjoyable and in hindsight I would have got cheese with it as well. Peri-Peri coated chips were great as well.
Wonderful burguers and salads. We had one burguer and the goat cheese and nuts salad. Both were very good. We also had sweet potato fries and they were absolutely wonderful. Totally recommend.
My favorite burger of all times, the specialty farm burgers are awesome and have a rich distinctive taste. Why can't others just be like them. The new menu items include vegetarian options just in case a vegan was with you to a burger joint 🍔 🍔 🍔
As always, great burgers. Reasonable price for 2 burgers with sides. As I don't eat bacon, they were more than happy to exchange it for cheese. We ordered 3 side dishes : onion rings, sweet potato chips, and halloumi bites. I never liked halloumi until I tried there, and they were GOOD.

Surprisingly pleased with the burgers here. I went for a mix that included peanut butter and chilli jam. Slightly unusual but nonetheless very easy to eat. And pleasant! The place filled up quite quickly so it seems to be fairly popular. Staff were good and helpful. Wouldn't mind returning to try any other odd burger combos on the menu
Hands down the best burgers. Went there the first time 3 years ago and the burger was delicious, juicy meat. Went again this week and it was just great. Don't think twice go and treat yourself...
The burger was very tasty and but it could have done with being a little warmer. I think that if the plate had been warm it would have help and the chips were not hot enough to have melted the cheese completely and you could see that it was a prepacked slice of square cheese. That was the only downside and I am sure that I will go back again as it is so good to find a place that serves burgers the way they should be cooked and not the overcooked undertasty burgers that other better known places sell.
Great food but prices have gone up slightly on some items but not a problem. The times i visited the food was perfect, could do with a bigger drinks selection. Other than that no other complains
Me and the Mrs went on "national burger day" so it was BOGOF 🖒normal prices are expensive even compared to some of the other "posh" burger places in town but the burger was really good, decent size, good topped fries and fantastic halloumi fritters. Plus it has a lift for ♿ access
Got the BBQ cheese burger. Absolutely divine! Would recommend. Rustic interior look. Perfect for date nights or even those who want to eat alone. Also they deliver so those who need a delicious burger can order online to their home. Perfect!
As a Coeliac, I really struggle to find safe places to eat out as even places advertising gluten free are often not suitable for coeliacs. HBC is absolutely fantastic. They have no cross contamination issues, the bun is sealed and the chips are all gluten free anyway so no fryer problems. They tell you when something is unsuitable like the onion rings. The food is first rate, I don't feel like I'm compromising at all here and it's always cooked to perfection! Also has gluten free beer!
Amazing legendary food with decent pricing. I tried the 5oz burger. Was surprised by the speed of service!! Well done.
The place is nice and cozy. The menu has a decent selection of vegan options, which is great! My cajun vegetable & bean was super tasty
