Gingers is undeniably THE BEST ice cream parlour in the world. I've eaten a lot of ice cream in my time and their flavours are exquisite, with outstanding quality ingredients and wonderful staff. Worth many repeat visits and an absolute must-visit if you're coming to Manchester. YUMMMMMY.

Probably won't taste any other ice-cream like it ever again. Ordered the Origin Chocolate single scoop and it was ....amazing. Never had any chocolate ice-cream like it :D

sweet staff and they really have the best icecream and milkshakes. had the coconut malt flavour which was absolutely phenomenal! and vegan too. so many options to choose from. had the cherry sorbet and brown butter cookie dough the next time i visited. the brown butter is probably the best icecream i have ever had! generous, massive scoops of ice-cream as well with a deliciously crisp cone!

It's an experience. Amazing ice-cream and great hot chocolates. Plus excellent people watching. Good for families of a coffee with a friend.

Great ice cream, a bit hard to find but its located on the first floor in between some second hand shops. The Milkshake was well prepared as well. Highly recommend you to try.

We ordered 2 scoops (£4.95) of Fig Leaf - Apple and Malted Coconut Milk (vegan). It was lush! I enjoyed the Fig Leaf & Apple more as it was so refreshing but Malted Coconut Milk wasn't too bad either. Just can't believe that the Malted Coconut Milk was vegan. We couldn't tell he difference. Would treat ourselves again very soon.

We came right before the place was closing and they were kind to still serve. Just a note that the place stopped serving before 6pm as Affleck’s Palace closes at 6pm so they start shutting down earlier. The salted caramel and peanut butter was delicious and a good peanut butter flavour while the malted coconut had more of a malted taste vs coconut. When the staff was scooping out the ice cream, the ice cream seemed quite solid but no impact on the taste. Thanks for the great service!

The ice-cream is delicious, there is a good range of flavours, some more unusual than others, I had salted caramel and peanut butter and it was excellent. Gingers is well worth a visit if you are in Manchester City centre.

Great place for ice cream and milk shakes with unusual and regularly changing flavours. It's perhaps not the cheapest but worth it for an occasional treat.

It took us a little while to find this place, but it was absolutely with it! Wonderfully interesting flavours and a great vibe 🥰

Amazing flavours. Tried the baked apple sorbet and chocolate ginger rosemary. Would return to try the other flavours too. Glad they use compostable spoons and not the plastic disposable ones.
