Gingers Comfort Emporium - Manchester - Photo album

Little ice cream and coffee parlour in Afflecks - perfect location with a good view to have a catch up with friends. Can get busy but deservedly-so. The ice cream is excellent, with unique yet delicious flavours to try. The coffee is also really good! Lovely friendly staff and excellent service.
sweet staff and they really have the best icecream and milkshakes. i had the coconut malt flavour which was decadent! and vegan too. so many options to choose from. i also had the cherry sorbet and brown butter cookie dough the next time i visited. the brown butter is probably one of the best ice-cr
We'd been here before (and bought the book). It left such a strong lasting memory we had to bidet again when in Manchester recently. Malted Coconut Milk, Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter, Burnt Butter and Cake ... all delicious. It wasn't too busy so we were able to sit in a booth but I can imagin
Gingers is one of my favourite places to visit in Manchester and a key part of any trip. Fantastic ice creams, great atmosphere and really polite staff. We've even got the recipe book at home so we can make our own Charlton Crack between visits!!
Brown batter with cookie pie is sooooooo nice!!! Lewis(staff) serves with nice service!! Love this!
It's an experience. Amazing ice-cream and great hot chocolates. Plus excellent people watching. Good for families of a coffee with a friend.
We ordered 2 scoops (£4.95) of Fig Leaf - Apple and Malted Coconut Milk (vegan). It was lush! I enjoyed the Fig Leaf & Apple more as it was so refreshing but Malted Coconut Milk wasn't too bad either. Just can't believe that the Malted Coconut Milk was vegan. We couldn't tell he difference. Would t
Lovely tasty ice cream. Not many available seats though.
We all though the ice cream was incredible. And the staff were lovely. I'll definitely be back next time we visit Manchester
Always lovely coming here for some scoops after I've been out shopping. Really delicious. Love the salted caramel. A must!
We came right before the place was closing and they were kind to still serve. Just a note that the place stopped serving before 6pm as Affleck’s Palace closes at 6pm so they start shutting down earlier. The salted caramel and peanut butter was delicious and a good peanut butter flavour while the mal
Service was warm & friendly and the blackberry mint sorbet was really nice • it was obviously made with fresh ingredients, and served as a dreamy reminder of summer on a cold, January day! My boyfriend wasn't terribly impressed with the vegan "Chorlton Crack", which he said only tasted like peanut b
I absolutely love this place, the ice cream is AMAZING!!! Definitely worth a visit for a super treat xx
This place is a hidden gem inside Afflecks on the first floor. There was a variety of flavours, including vegan options if that's what tickled your fancy! We loved it, especially on the hot day that we visited ☀ We wish there was many more around the county! 😛 We went for 2 scoops of chocolate on on
Best vegan ice cream in Manchester! It’s a bit hard to find but that adds to its charm.
A delicious range of ice creams and sorbets. We had the gianduja as a milkshake, and a merollo cherry sorbet. The milkshake was good but the merollo cherry was fantastic, which even I can recognise, despite not liking cherry. The atmosphere was calm and it has a great aesthetic which fits into Affle
What an adorable cafe this is, I definitely recommend going here for a hot drink or one of their amazing ice-creams. They make all the ice-creams themselves with real ingredients, and the best bit is they will let you try any of the many flavours if you're unsure what you want. All the staff are gre
Very nice flavours. Really tasty with good sized portions. Friendly staff and great service. Perfect location to start an ice-cream crawl.
