Ambience was great! Chef Louie came out as we asked for the chef as our food was splendid and wanted to thank the chef, so thank you!! And thank you to Emma our host for making our experience unreal! I would recommend every time!!! My favourite restaurant in Spinningfields! We did have to wait a while for our table though, but it was well worth it as we sat outside and had a drink using the warmth of the blankets provided.

The place used to have great cocktails and good vibes, however in the past few months it seems to get a turn downwards.. cocktails for the past 4 times were average at best and the vibes kind of gone. Sort it out we like the place.

One of my favourite places to visit in the city. It’s great to get brunch from on a Sunday, or just grab a drink. Food is always well presented and tastes good, the price is good for what you get. Went there on my partners birthday and got given a free dessert as well which was nice. Staff are always friendly.

Liked it in here. A big place with plenty of seating but accoustically quiet as it was carpeted. They have plenty of props and soft furnishings like cushions and blankets on the seating to make it feel cosy. Different areas included a lounge-like seating area, a formal high table seating area, a bar seating area and some outside space, so plenty of choice as to where you want to be. The menu was varied and ok for vegetarians. At least a choice from a chef who can offer more than cheese. Good cocktails too! Enjoyed it here. Would go back.

Really loved the casual drinking and dining atmosphere here, it doesn't have the pretentious feel of alot of other places in Spinningfields. The staff were super friendly and really attentive throughout and are a credit to The Refinery.
Food was good, highly recommend the Scotch Egg with Chorizo and my friends Duck Flatbread looked excellent.
Would definitely come back here.

I had heard bad things about the bottomless drinks. However, we visited on a Saturday and it was a lovely place. Staff all really friendly and helpful. A good menu with plenty of choice. The atmosphere was great and a real mixture of people. I'd recommend a try.

Great bar and one of my new favorites in town. Really nice chilled out vibe to it and the cocktails are good (although warning don't ignore the descriptions of the taste of them as they are accurate as I ordered a Negroni and didn't think it would be that bitter)..
Anyway well worth a visit and the food and drink are good.

Modern atmosphere .Love the faux fur option on the chairs really cosy. The pods outside are heated and look fabulous for 4-6 people. The staff were friendly and the food was surprisingly fabulous..can recommend the short-rib beef Sunday lunch...absolutely delicious.
