Really delicious combinations of flavours for the sandwiches!
Wide variety of delicious sandwich fillings or as a salad, freshly made, choice of eating hot or cold, top quality meats and ingredients from locally sourced producers, really delicious. Cappuccinos are fab too!
I would honestly go as far as saying its the best sandwich I've ever physically paid for anywhere. The breads they use obviously all better than standard. Loved their choice of ingredients (all fresh) for each sandwich. Everything seems to work really well together and of course taste delicious. The seating area downstairs has a chilled ambient vibe about it with very pretty decor. And all the staff we're great, polite smjley and friendly. If you're visiting Manchester, in my opinion it's a must go 👍

Situated on Oxford Street, Robert & Victor has been opened for 9 months serving freshly made sandwiches as the orders are made. These are all made from fresh artisan bread (from Lovingly Artisan Bakery) and homemade sauces that are bought in-house. We like to describe it as a fresher, healthier and much better Subway. And if you’re after something sweeter, they serve French pastries/ desserts from Bisous Bisous and Dutch chocolate from Deremiens (one of the top chocolatiers in Belgium)
For savoury sandwiches, we went vegetarian with sourdough bread topped with;
Le Pesto (v) [£5.40] - This was oh so fresh and yummy, with the pesto not overpowering and instead complementing the fillings well
La Tapenade (v) [£5.82] - Such a good combination of items in the paste and level of balsamic vinegar providing a perfect sandwich
For sweet, we tried bits of everything with;
Triple Chocolate Gateaux [£5.70] - Pure, chocolate heaven
Deremiens Chocolates [£0.85 each]
Caramel Beurre Sale - A favourite with caramel sauce, salty butter in milk chocolate
Anacardia - Nutty flavour with an almond paste and pistachio shavings in a fondant coating
Carotte Kalamansi - Weirdly nice with a white chocolate ganache with carrot and calamansi juice
Neroli - An almond paste with orange blossom and an ivory coating making it quite sweet
You can tell they truly believe in the quality of their food and this is visible in the food and service they provide!

Nice food, often pop in for a coffee as it has more seating downstairs, with lots of charging points.
Happy polite staff. Oh and I like the lotus biscuits you get with your hot drink, it's a nice touch.
Walked past this place and decided to step in for a quick bite. Little did I expect this to be one of, if not - THE BEST sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The bread was fresh and toasted to perfection, the ingredients were top quality, paired so well and tasted so good together. Never thought much of sandwiches before this but I came back again the following week because I loved it so much!

Absolutely incredible, food is so fresh they specify exactly where the bread etc. comes from. Sourdough is fermented to a good quality and fantastic for those with stomach issues like myself. Pesto is fresh is freshly made on the premises with whole pieces of cashew nuts inside.
Toasties costs roughly £5.95, I'd say they are more of a snack than a meal but still certainly enjoyable and filling. Delicious is the word.
Choice of breads range from sourdough from Salford I believe, baguette from a Didsbury bakery and then finally Ciabatta.
My go to for having to rush to appointments and run errands in city centre, food is more than reasonably priced considering location and quality of produce used ❤️

Nice, cosy, fresh and exceptionally delicious 😋 the coffee is good too. I think it is a family-owned business which makes them my best choice almost all the time🥰💞
