I really like this place. What can I say? Anywhere with an old piano is likely to get my vote. It's friendly and cosy and down to earth. They research their vegan cheese. They understand kids. They have boardgames. You can go as a group for anything from a coffee to a meal to a milkshake and everyone is catered for, as there are decent vegan options. (Ok if you can't go even one meal without meat then maybe skip this place, but you'd be missing out on good brews, cakes and orgasimic milkshakes). I ordered the burger and the chips it came with were homemade, plentiful and bloody lovely. Did I mention vegan brownies AND milkshakes?? ♡

So me and my friend visited boho in January. We weren’t wowed but we weren’t completely disgraced and put off returning (drink and a cake on this visit). We both thought about writing a review but on coming on here and seeing some of the awful things people had said recently we decided the girls who work there, who are so nice and lovely, didn’t deserve it. Yesterday we had some free time so headed on down after seeing Facebook updates on menu changes and some maintenance being done. Wow what a pleasant and amazing turn around. The cafe was warm, smell free, clean and felt/looked welcoming. We received our drinks within a couple of minutes and were advised when ordering food that it would take around 20 mins (perfect! Time for a quick game of scrabble and a natter). Also spotted a little board behind the till/counter that advised food waiting time which I thought was brilliant. Our breakfast wraps arrived and although they were out of black pudding it was still amazing and the beans on it were something to die for. From reading the reviews previously I’d spotted people had mentioned the 1* rating so asked one of the girls about this. I’m a qualified chef so know it isn’t just based on the food area, all other aspects are involved and was happy to hear the girls had had a rescore which was a massive improvement. I totally forgot to take a picture of my food and drink but I was too excited for my hot choc and hadn’t eaten all morning so couldn’t wait to eat my wrap. All I’d say to anyone who reads the reviews first before attending, don’t let others put you off, especially the bad. Everyone’s perceptions and preferences are different and just because they didn’t enjoy it doesn’t mean you won’t love it like I did. I’d definitely go again (today if I wasn’t so busy and every day of the week if work didn’t exist) but it’s definitely my mission to get all my friends there. I’m also not a vegan and love meat but really enjoyed the food which I was shocked about. Thanks for the lovely visit girls I’ll be back soon xx

Love the quirks of this vegan cafe! You pick your own mug when you order a hot drink, there’s many to choose from. There’s a chalk board downstairs if you want to write something plus quotes dotted about. A bookshelf with lots of book options, plus games! I got the mac n cheese with garlic bread which was ok, a chai latte with cashew milk - delicious and also a ‘bounty’ type dessert. It was quite nice! There were loads of cake options too. I will definitely return.

We had a unicorn afternoon tea for two which was so so good. It's 15 pounds per person and not only do you get so much food you won't have to eat for the rest of the day, you also get a unicorn milkshake or unicorn hot chocolate each. The atmosphere is homely and warm, and the waitress made us feel welcome. Only downside was the fact that we couldn't pay by card, but they have since gotten a card machine so we'd definitely go back.

Needed a place to study close to home and found this gem! Had a great experience here. Ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, also had some of the raspberry white chocolate loaf. Love the fact that its 100% vegan. Will be back here frequently as the vibe, service, and food are genuinely great.

Great little cafe, really friendly and nice atmosphere. The food and coffee is great, you won't believe it is all vegan when you eat it. Highly recommend, a real find.

What a gem of a vegan haunt. Delish foods of comfort and filth. Cheesey, carby, and tasty as hell. Go add the battered shrooms to every meal! Love it when I get to choose anything on the menu. Meat eating friends always gorge themselves silly too and complement it always. Never a higher praise than from a sceptic meat muncher;) Keep it up lovelies- shall be back soon!

Such a lovely little cafe with a great atmosphere . The woman working was so lovely and friendly too. Loads of vegan options (all cakes & cookies were vegan). I had a delicious cashew milk latte. Can't wait to go back again x

Great variety in breakfast and lunch menu and very well prepared. The shakes on offer are epic, you need to starve yourself before attempting one. They don't take cards, but there is an ATM 1 minute away.

Really quirky little place. Very good for vegans. Seemed very busy which to me always says a lot. The chai latte was absolutely delicious, and the sourdough toast I had to accompany my breakfast wrap was just excellent. Simple, yet satisfying. Would highly recommend it to anyone, vegan or not.
