Love chilling in here when I'm early for a train, grabbed a salted caramel & pistachio latte no coffee to cool me off, I've had to quit coffee so I'm glad there's these options, lovely staff and relaxing cafe despite the busy location.

Fab shop. Despite being ‘train station’ busy, a member of staff (North American - didn’t catch her name) knew I wanted a pain au chocolat and came and found me after I’d bought a coffee to let me know they’d baked more (she could see the disappointment when she had to tell me they had none).
Also let me jump the queue and buy it straight away - which was much appreciated as I’d already queued once! Going above and beyond in what can’t be the easiest environment to be a conscientious barista. Top quality stuff. Much appreciated by a stressed commuter.

Just like any other caffe Nero but the staff was quite friendly and welcoming. I felt much at ease here. Can come and grab a cuppa while waiting for the train.

The guy named Mathew is awesome. His customer service is on another level👌. Best one I've ever seen.

I got a coffee ☕ here earlier this week on Monday and the man who served me was so lovely. His presence was very calm and content and he took a lot of care over my coffee and food. It was very uplifting as I was having a bad day. Thank you lovely staff member at cafe Nero!! You cheered me up! Recommend this cafe to anyone who visits Piccadilly station.

Went in for a quick frappe today after 7pm when waiting for my train and the lady that served me was the loveliest person I have ever met. Didn't get her name unfortunately, but I hope she gets praised for her amazing customer service. The frappe was also lovely :)
