Whilst this is part of a chain I do enjoy this particular outlet. The staff are generally friendly and the service is very good. It can get very busy particularly on a weekend afternoon and some of the soft furnishings could do with replacing or cleaning. However it’s central location close to the Midland Hotel and the Metrolink Station in St Peters Square make it a great place to meet friends.

Relatively quiet so more chances of getting somewhere to sit. I like the cosy décor and the food and drinks are nice. Loyalty scheme is available for the regular punters. Staff are friendly as well.

Can't start my day without a good cup of coffee. Thank God we found this proper cafeteria for the fuel of the day.

I came here while on a free walking tour. For £2 I got a large cookie which was heated up. The cookie has quite tough and crunchy but still tasted good. Service was quick and the place had a good atmosphere.

This is a great coffee chain that I always look out for. This shop is in a great location and the coffee and food are great. Get yourself a slice of the chocolate fudge cake if you go here it's delicious. Oh and the bacon barms are pretty tasty.p

A good Nero location. Friendly staff, the coffee was good, plenty of seating available (although it was quite busy). Particularly liked the smaller upstairs mezzanine seating area. Unfortunately, very few of the seats seem to be anywhere near an electrical outlet.

One of the nicer Caffè Nero stores in Manchester. Biggest problem is it not being wheelchair friendly - there is level access through a side door, but it opens into a very tight space and there's no automatic opener on it. Instead, there's a doorbell to get the attention of staff (who are always busy due to the minimal staffing levels that befall coffee shops & their unwillingness to spend anything more than the bare minimum money. With the crazy profits that the company makes, it would be an imperceptibly small cost to fit a door that opened when a button was pushed.

Nice quiet place, and just a walking distance from the City Library.

Just tucked out of the city center to avoid the crowds. Lovely cosy atmosphere and helpful staff. Usual Nero coffee/tea/snacks available. Only grumble is the one unisex loo, which I personally don't find so fragrant.
